They are also trying to move to a market economy. They wouldn't conduct global trade using anything other than their national currency and you can't use your national currency in that way at .1166.The national currency of Iraq is the dinar. That's about the best argument I've heard that I'd think even the least educated in global economics would be able to understand and agree with.
