wow  this  goes  one direction  and back again ,   the  large notes were printed  so  Iraqi folks  can  pay  off  debts  with  a few notes  and not  have to carry  a  bundle  of  packets filled  with  ????    dollars ,   or worthless dinar ???   gotta  like  seeing  the part  where  the larger notes were printed  and this only  settles  half  the  problem  with the currency !    and the larger  notes  will take  care  of  using  the  dollar ????      so if I have  1,ooo  u.s. dollars  and  1,ooo  Iraqi  dinars ,   which  would I use  to pay off debts -------  dollars  of course  it is still high  in value  against the dinar ,   but  the way this reads  they are about to do something   that will make  the dinar  wayyyyy  more  valued to carry  { my  thinking }    the  zero`s  seem  to be tied to the  book  keeping  in that  last  sentence --- they  took  the  zero`s off  and  put  them  back  ,   a trial  run  maybe   ------  bring on the  value

Delete the 3 zeros again what does it mean?  Then they say raise the 3 zeros.  The project is finished and the process is not complete. Very confusing. Maybe Adam can get his contacts to translate what they are really saying. What do the Iraqi's think when they read this?
