Since I know it takes persistence to get through to the right person and receive confirmation, I figure the more contacts the better. Not to mention this could be a very very busy time for them. Thanks again. (By the way, I used to plan the bagpipes when i was young...have some Scottish heritage, but somehow it came from from Nova Scotia. Plan to visit Scotland someday. Neither worked. For two months I have emailed the following without any response: e-bank@warka-bank-iq.com c.services@warka-bank-iq.com (for customer service) ifrd@warka-bank-iq.com (Issa's email address) Does anyone have suggestions to resolve this issue?
