Renewal of VIP membership

I renewed my membership on 1/23/13 and my account was debited $49.99 but it still shows my membership is expired.

Please help!

I am having the same problem...it shows mine expired at 5:59 this morning

brbrlocke - give it a day or two after your expiration date & it should update automatically. If it doesn't, send an email to Julie at VIP@dinarvets.com and ask her to check on your status.

skibot - if you renewed your membership on 1-23-13, but wasn't expiring until a later date, say 2-10-13, then you'll have to wait until after your expiration date passes to see if it's going to update. So wait until a day or two after your expiration date. If nothing updates, then send at email to Julie as stated above.
