[tlm724] exactly !!! [bondLady] how can you pass out oil profits without the last part of the HCL already being passed, thats the part and last part of the HCL , the part they fight most over, who gets what and how much, so they did work on the budget yesterday and we see it today, proof of it as they came to an agreement to give the people the 25% of hcl profits, see how important all this is [esi] That's very exciting [bondLady] see the package ...the basket...of all the laws coming into play here ? [tlm724] yes and thank you [bondLady] yqw ty [tlm724] this is some of the best news we have seen to date and I am so happy right now, this basket of laws will literally propel us to where we want to be Maliki agrees to apply for special amnesty for detainees Baghdad - and babysit - welcomed Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Tuesday, the formation of the initiative committee clan formed of Iraqi tribes on the crisis experienced by the country, while confirming the approval of al-Maliki that the request is amnesty special about the way for the release of detainees are all, without exception . As for the amendment of laws, the spokesman explained, "We agreed with the Prime Minister to amend the labor laws and the approval, with the passage of the amnesty after ensure that all the rights of other parties." http://alrayy.com/72975.htm [bondLady] i am positive it won't release them "all" , if it did the headlines today would read this hashemi is coming home ...exonerated of all of his terroisum and hit squads...screw all the families of martyrs of those he killed and had killed, its not going to happen ! if that was the deal that would be the number one news of the day, its a translation thing im sure, if not I'll admit it ! [lightingcslt] yes but imo that would get us closer to what we are lookin for [bondLady] what they did decide to do though is..they hired a bunch of new people to help investigate all the ones in prison and cases pending to expedite the release of the innocent people and bring the guilty to justice faster ,they just got through the work shop on integrity an still doing it ,showing them what to do and not to do [RickeyT] Hashimi is still a man without a country? [bondLady] hold on i'll show you, hes got turkey and quatar rickey Integrity Commission organized two workshops to introduce to its list of behavior law in Maysan, Wasit Date: 30/01/2013 13:25:34 Wednesday Baghdad (news) .. organized Investigations Department with the Department of Education and Public Relations in the Integrity Commission and workshops to introduce the law of the Integrity Commission and formations administrative and list of functional behavior in Maysan, Wasit within its aims to promote a culture of integrity in the community where she organized the first workshop in the province of Maysan. quoted Commission on Public Integrity said in a statement received Agency (news) confirmed Director of the Office Maysan province Qasim affectionate during his speech opening the workshop on the need definition and education law Integrity Commission and the deployment of legal awareness among a staff in the province. For his part, Mr. Director of the Office of Wasit explanation for work circles Authority and formations and work hello attendees and thanking them for the attending the workshop. http://www.ikhnews.c...n=view&id=72966 [R&R] wow...I never thought I would see Iraqiya being the hold up.... but it makes sense in hindsight everyone has their skeletons to cover up! [bondLady] they were all along R&R I said it for 2 years and always got bashed and bashed for it but its been true then and true now allawis bloc did everything they could to bring down the gov and the country and were paid well from neighboring countries who do have dictators, if iraq succeeded then their people will want democracy too. If allawi had won as prime minister he wouldn't have done the same as he has now,he was all about filling saddams shoes,he wanted to be king, not prime minster, king. And he couldn't handle it that he didn't get it [R&R] So where does this leave Allawi? Sounds like the Slate will be marginalized and that he won't get NCSP? Or will he? IS that even on the table at this point? [bondLady] if you noticed everything he's tried to do has failed, the cia has always leveled the playing field and gave maliki info to take down the corrupt ones and leaders of terrorisum, they do it all the time and when the time is right you will see a file brought out on allawi too he was never going to get that R&R,it was illegal to start with thats why in the beginning they tried to , well biden did ,tried to get talibani to resign and give his presidency to allawi, both refused, allawi says I'm supreme leader or nothing, and as you see it has been nothing. So he fights and sows seeds of discord and sectarian. He will do anything and everything to bring down the government. People are just now after 2 years finally starting to see what I've seen all along. Just like this smuggling thing today who gave them intelligence to find the smugglers of the antiques? The ones who always do, CIA Wednesday January 30, 2013 Adjust (233) artifact intended for smuggling north of Nasiriyah Agencies - security source said that the security agencies in the province of Dhi Qar was able to adjust (233) artifact intended for smuggling in the Rifai district north of Nasiriyah. The source said in a press statement, "The CIA and the Federal Investigation got accurate information about the presence of large quantities of the intended effects of smuggling in the dawn of hand to spend Rifai north of Nasiriyah." "The detachments able to adjust the 233 artefacts variety of sizes and shapes and belonging to different time periods." http://alrayy.com/72968.htm [bondLady] like the articles iI've posted in the past, the cia has files on everyone in iraq, including maliki and they release info when things need to be fixed. The world and investors want terrorisum and corruption in the gov stopped. They released the file on hashemi's corruption and they released the file on issawi and others what bigger corruption then to take down the minister of finance [dezertheat] TY so I wonder how many more will need to be taken down in order for buisnesses, investors and other countries will belive in iraq and stay invested? [R&R] not sure....but it sure sounds like we are in a really good place today [tlm724] dezertheat we see countries signing MOU's and agreements everyday, they believe already [R&R] especially if HCL is in the budget and amnesty is on the way [dezertheat] tlm724 you don't think all this political crud is going to make them go running for the hills? [dezertheat] R&R I will breathe easier when I see hcl and 140 [tlm724] dezertheat no the potential is too great, every country has its problems, the security has vastly improved in iraq even though sometimes it's not perfect and the laws are getting done which increase confidence in Iraq [bondLady] yes timmy i agree January 2013 07:46 Baghdad / Orr News Finance Committee said it received a formal letter from the government, represented by the Ministry of Finance refers to the inability to make any amendment to the share of the Kurdistan region in the federal budget for 2013, stressing that the government indicated that any changes in the quota should be based on the census. " Najib explained that "the government's position is compatible with the position of the Kurdistan Alliance bloc, which sees that changing the region's share in the budget must be based on the results of the census, which has not been until now." She said "mass taken a decision not to sit with any party to discuss the reduction of the share of the Kurdistan region in the federal budget for the year 2013", stressing that "there is a provision in the budget required the province to pay the difference as if the census results lower than the current rate, while obliging the government to pay the difference As if the census results were higher than the rate of 17 percent. " And revealed members of the Finance Committee last month to collect about 150 signatures to redistribute the budget next year according to population ratios approved by the Ministries of planning Oaltjarh. He says deputies of the National Alliance that statements accredited to the ministries of commerce or planning confirms that the proportion of the Kurdistan region 12.9 percent, not 17 percent. " http://www.uragency....-01-30-07-46-47 [bondLady] have to have the census for alot of things, hcl distribution, budgets [player46] so how long will that take? [bondLady] not long if the kurds will stop fighting it, once the census is done they won't get all they want. They think they should get more than everyone. census will distribute the money evenly to all provinces, that is why the kurds fight it [bondLady] drops the mic and walks off Edited January 31, 2013 by Markinsa Corrected Date in Title remove apology.

RVPleaseToday
I think all the stuff BL finds is interesting. But she has been doing these marathon chats for some time now, and all this information hasn't really advanced any understanding of a potential RV. Like a lot of folks, she tends to connect every dot to a soon to be announced RV. Year after year. Interesting reading about the day to day political wrangling in Iraq, though.

ronscarpa
Hi All, I usually refrain from posting something disagreeing with another's "opinions" or a right to express them; but I'm afraid BL has things totally backwards when it comes to Maliki - , Allawi, Hashimi, and others who appear to be in disagreement with Maliki . Maliki is not concerned about anyone but himself, and he viciously attacks/destroys opponents and their views. I'm amazed he hasn't aggressively gone after Sadr again, or Allawi. There is evidence that previous asassination attempts were sponsored by Maliki. The entire country is against him, except his State of Law (DAWA) block. It's pretty obvious something is rotten in Iraq, and it starts with an M. Even the high ayatolla Sistani told Maliki as much. Maliki has hindered every step in rebuilding Iraq and in developing the budding democracy. BL usually does a great job on interpreting many articles, and she influences a lot of people on these forums; but she seems to be a singular voice in her dogmatic opinions of Maliki and his opponents - those who appear to be trying to work together to establish a unified and democratic government for the benefit of all Iraqis. Just voicing my perceptions and opinions....The multiple news articles clearly show what is occuring in Iraq (each of us needs to dig a bit for real news & info), and a singular article doesn't necessarily make the case for an opposite viewpoint. Maliki tried to shut down all Media organizations that he couldn't control. Thanks for reading, and letting me speak out. Be Blessed everyone & have a great weekend...!
