15 States including Texas have filed a petition to secede from the United States

As of Saturday November 10, 2012, 15 States have petitioned the Obama Administration for withdrawal from the United States of America in order to create its own government.

States following this action include: Louisiana, Texas, Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Colorado, Oregon and New York. These States have requested that the Obama Administration grant a peaceful withdrawal from the United States.

These petitions were filed just days after the 2012 Presidential election.

Louisiana was the first State to file a petition a day after the election by a Michael E. from Slidell, Louisiana. Texas was the next State to follow by a Micah H. from Arlington, Texas.

The government allows one month from the day the petition is submitted to obtain 25,000 signatures in order for the Obama administration to consider the request.

The Texas petition reads as follows:

The US continues to suffer economic difficulties stemming from the federal government’s neglect to reform domestic and foreign spending. The citizens of the US suffer from blatant abuses of their rights such as the NDAA, the TSA, etc. Given that the state of Texas maintains a balanced budget and is the 15th largest economy in the world, it is practically feasible for Texas to withdraw from the union, and to do so would protect it’s citizens’ standard of living and re-secure their rights and liberties in accordance with the original ideas and beliefs of our founding fathers which are no longer being reflected by the federal government.

As of 12:46 am, Sunday, signatures obtained by Louisiana, 7,358; Texas, 3,771; Florida, 636; Georgia, 475; Alabama, 834; North Carolina, 792; Kentucky, 467; Mississippi, 475; Indiana, 449; North Dakota, 162; Montana, 440; Colorado, 324; Oregon, 328; New Jersey, 301 and New York, 169. Many more States are expected to follow.

A petition is not searchable at WhiteHouse.gov until 150 signatures have been obtained. It is the originator's responsibility to obtain these signatures.

The Texas petition can be reviewed and/or signed by clicking here.

Who actually filed these petitions? The People? Or the CORPORATE STATES? Each STATE is a CORPORATION and is a Franchise of the UNITED STATES CORPORATION. This is a REAL MESS trying to secede, IMO. Every "PERSON" is basically owned by the CORPORATION as one share of

Stock in the U.S. CORPORATION, Yes, from your Birth Certificate, (Really a Death certificate), which created your Corp. Fiction, (CORPORATION), which operates in Commerce. The U.S. Corporation has stolen your productivity without your consent. That said, How can "The People" secede if they, the

U.S. CORP. owns your CORPORATION and your Productivity?

Possibly, if the CORPORATE STATE dissolves its INCORPORATION, Stops operating in COMMERCE and using PRIVATE ACTS and goes back to the "PUBLIC LAW" the REAL LAW of this nation and becomes an un-incorporated state they might be able to function as a "Sovereign republic" which is

what we were meant to be. This gets really deep, even so much to say that EVERY supposed public Officer or agent is merely an ACTOR. ALL public offices are Vacant in this country. All Supposed entities such as the FED, IRS, the Courts, Town employees, Town Clerk etc.etc. are all Private

Contractors, agents to the UNITED STATES CORPORATION and on the STATE level to the CORPORATE STATES. We recently had the ATTORNEY GENERAL for the STATE of NORTH CAROLINA state from the stand under oath that the CORPORATE STATE of NORTH CAROLINA could not be sued or

held liable for the actions of the N.C. Courts because they were PRIVATE CONTRACTORS and NOT the STATE. Not so shocking, we new that already, but they have now admitted this.

I'm also really surprised that the STATES of NEW YORK and NEW JERSEY would have filed petitions. These two STATES are WHORES for the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, especially NEW YORK. <_<

We un-negged you 64JAG---

The naysayers are quick to laugh at us because they see anything worth

having as worth fighting for as ridiculous.

They don't work for anything,

they just lay back and steal it from those of us that DO work hard.

Anyway, 64JAG - if it's a corporation we've been working for,

can't all the "employees" just stand up and quit...? No Mas...?

And can cessession accomplish this in itself..?

We'll get new Passports for The United Republics of America.

The old ones are going to be replaced by the NWO's passports for

their new 'country' whose currency is the Amero anyway.

Their plan to do to us what they tried (and are failing miserably) to do in europe is on

track with their puppet still in our former White House.

Perhaps all who live in those states that wish to secede should be allowed to do so. Just leave your passport at the border on your way out.

These States have requested that the Obama Administration grant a peaceful withdrawal from the United States.

Don't worry, we don't want to allow the Socialist States (blue) in our New Republic.
