You are correct. No eating, drinking, having sex during daylight hours. However, they are allowed to conduct business, banking, set policy, hold elections, print new currency in smaller denominations, exchange old for new currency, and exchange new currency for US dollars. All during the daylight hours. They are even allowed to use the "facilities".

Anything can happen during Ramadan.

Yes. I was told that as well.. They conduct business as usual during Ramadan.

We are subject to so many outlandish and sometimes even STUPID statements, predictions and so-called "explanations" from people who have absolutely no monitary background, no currency certification and no knowledge about that which they are speaking and no other credentials except a means to get posted on Dinar Recaps, that when one of the FEW sincerely accurate and knowlegeable persons posts, we don't recognize it.

We are coming up on Okie's anniversary of 23 August of last year when he told everyone to "quit their jobs" because the RV had supposedly happened at 1:30 in the morning. After that, he dragged so many people through one blatently and grossly false lie after another, that his own Blog site banned him.

There have been so MANY other self-proclaimed "experts" who have filled-in Okie's "pig-parlor" garbage slot, that no one can know who actuallu an accurate input versus all the bloge-site owners who have been and continue to be wrong 100% of the time.

There are a FEW (Adam, easyrider and swfloridaguy) who have not typically made such outlandish and even criminally stupid statements. . .but VERY few.

I am not a currency expert. . .but I have done business in the Middle East. NOTHING so important as a change (ESPECIALLY a big change) in the value of the currency of any Middle Eastern country will occur during the month of Ramadan. Nor will any "earth-shaking" decisions be implemented during that time. IT JUST DOESN'T HAPPEN!

As people try to bring absolute GARBAGE to your attention, like SO MUCH posted on Dinar Recaps, DON'T SWALLOW IT!

Adam has shot STRAIGHT with everybody! Some of the monitors and reporters HERE have been straight, also. But the GARBAGE out there is waist-deep!

As of yesterday afternoon, two of the most trusted Senior Wealth Managers in my region with the bank that all these so-called blogger experts say is supposed to "LEAD-THE-TURN-IN," have AGAIN certified that there are NO SUCH SECRET CODES as these Big Shot guru's have been preaching. . .there is still NO acceptance NOW. . .and no KNOWN or FUTURE plan to accept or buy Dinars.

That might change well after the Dinar becomes Internationally Acceptable, but NOT IMMEDIATELY afterwards. It will TAKE TIME to become acceptable and then only WELL-AFTER it has been proven as a stable and acceptable internationally tradeable currency!

Does anyone think this can POSSIBLY happen between now and the end of Ramadan? GET REAL!

So when you read absolute GARBAGE like today's from the ever-polular PTR - - - If you have SWALLOWED IT,. . .then just throw up and get rid of it. If you HAVEN't swallowed it yet - - -DON'T!

Most of us believe the Iraqi currency value WILL change. But if we have learned ANYTHING in this 9+ year's worth saga, it is that better to get your intel reports and predictions from the Sunday morning newspaper comic strip than from the self-proclaimed Guru's who own (and often charge for) blog sites.

Here is a "sample" of what these popular sites throw-out and is nothing but garbage which some people here simply swallow "hook, line and sinker."

CERTIFIABLE GARGAGE

Tony (PTR) It Is "Completely" Done - Post By Leo GET Forum
07/13/2012

7-13-2012 Tony (PTR): It is done. It is completely done. This has nothing to do with Iraq. It's already been activated. The whole situation with Maliki is just for show.

Every single one of our contacts are saying it's done and we could see a RV today. The most important thing for this RV is that Iraq remains politically stable. I'm looking and hoping that this will be over this afternoon.

That is what I think is smart and what I'm hearing. I'm fine with knowing that Iraq's political situation is stable and it's all a show. I'm fine with knowing that the RV is already completed.

well just know this ......there holidays are just like ours ..........they get together ,drink, and be marry ....and after they implement all those plans they hatched over Bar-B-Q..........Posted Image

Ramadan, the holy month of Muslims and the ninth month of Islamic calendar is the month of fasting for the Muslims. Ramadan is said to be the month of Allah. Fasting is supposed to be one of the five pillars (duties) of Islam, which a Muslim should follow.

Ramadan involves fasting during the daytime, saying no to food, drink, smoking and sexual activities. The importance of fasting during Ramadan is clearly known to the Muslims as it is said that: He who fasts during Ramadan with faith and seeks his reward from Allah will have his past sins forgiven; he who prays during the night in Ramadan with faith and seeks his reward from Allah will have his past sins forgiven; and he who passes Lailat al Qadr in prayer with faith and seeks his reward from Allah will have his past sins forgiven.

Muslims also have to Abide certain rules and regulations associated with Ramadan. During Ramadan Muslims follow certain conditions, which are said to be Ramadan rules and regulations; some of them are given below:

Ramadan Duration - Ramadan starts with the sighting of the crescent moon (hilal) and last for a period of one month. When the hilal is visible again at the end of the month, it is the time to celebrate Eid-Ul-Fitr (break the fast).

Ramadan Routine - During Ramadan Muslims have meal twice a day. One before the sunrise and one after the sunset. The meal before sunrise is called the suhoor meal and the meal after the sunset is called the Iftar meal. Muslims fast during the daytime. During Ramadan Muslims spend most of their time in remembering Allah by reciting Ramadan Dua and visiting mosque. Apart from the five daily prayers they also recite Taraweeh prayer, and on Lailatul Qadr, also called as the night of power, when Muslims spend their entire night praying to Allah.

And that is Ramadan. It does not affect their daily life. There are no special festivities or events. Life goes on as usual. Business will be conducted as usual. This is not a holiday like Thanksgiving or Christmas.

So, something huge CAN happen during Ramadan.

Thanks for the information Jackster.

I suggest everyone go back and read the archival posts from the time around Ramadan last year......the same things were said. This truly is Ground Hog Day. Will they actually do something this year? IMO, you would have to be in the mind of Sinan Shabibi to know for sure, and last I checked none of the self-appointed gurus had that capability.
We've been told over and over that everything is done...all they need to do is pull the trigger. Hmmm. Stay tuned.

DATELINE RAMADAN -

The recent posts by others regarding what IS and what ISN'T allowed during RAMADAN have been informative and interesting.

I have myself conducted limited commercial business during RAMADAN, but it wasn't major STATE business! Personal and commercial business happens regularly - even in the most conservative circles with the House of Saud and in all other less-strict Muslim countries, such as the UAE and Iraq.

But EARTH-SHAKING, INTERNATIONAL business which impacts MAJOR regional changes (such as a large Revaluation of an existing currency)??

NEVER HAPPEN during RAMADAN. Maybe during or AFTER the celebration feast as RAMADAN closes, but not during RAMADAN! No major national event has ever occurred in any Muslim country during RAMADAN including during the very midst of WW-II, with the single exception of twice in the case of Turkey in the 1960's. During those two isolated events, Turkey's cultural moores were "relaxed" and the country was influenced and mostly driven by Civil Law and not Islamic Law. Muslim countries won't even declare war during RAMADAN. They don't mind doing so at the "drop-of-a-hat" during Jewish Holy Days, but never during RAMADAN.

If anybody is trying to "sell" you that an event of such importance and as historic and monumental as a national RV, could even possibly occur during RAMADAN. . . .we'll see you around the 20th of August and see if anything happened between the first and last of RAMADAN! I wish this were not so, but IT JUST AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN between the two c
rescent moons of Ramadan.

What I am posting is neither crazy nor dishonest: NO MAJOR NATIONAL or REGIONAL descision from any Islamic State has ever been made during RAMADAN!

My post is a very simple matter of history: ONE WON'T BE MADE WON'T BE NOW, either!

Let's wait until August 20th and come together again and see who was correct, shall we?

I agree. There is very little chance of a significant event during Ramadan. History has proven that.
