"Bhishma said, 'Abstention from injury to others, truthfulness, the absence of wrath (forgiveness), compassion, self-restraint, and sincerity or candor, O monarch, are the indications of righteousness. There are persons who wander over the earth, praising righteousness but without practicing what they preach and engaged all the while in sin, O king.'"

This article on it's face is "believable"..................the U.S. admin is apparently considering a freeze on the delivery of the first batch (18) of F-16's to Iraq....and considering cancelling the delivery of the second batch of F-16's. U.S. fears the technology and perhaps a jet or two will end up in Iran. If this is true with regards to the U.S. stance, good on Obama (in this instance only!). Maliki continues to put Iraq in a deep hole with his lack of responsibility and leadership towards a meaningful democracy. It would appear that Maliki, by his actions, thinks he is God's gift to the Iraqi people, everyone else is subordinate.......sorry pal, you lose! Unfortunately things like this hinder the prospect of an RV anytime soon, all things considered. For the record, I want an RV as bad as anyone and really hate to see all the backward steps.
