i believe iraq is trying to take certain steps to show progress prior to the next UNSC C7 talks.

Shabibi said, “I will put in the meetings the issues of the banks and the central bank of Iraq.”

The lower denoms & coins may already printed & minted. It's the new larger three language note still in question.

Let this be it, let this be it, let this be it.

Our ship has finally come in. Let's just make sure we are not at the airport when it comes in.

This is a major story.
I found another article related to this subject. The Shabs is presenting CBI's case to the BIS.

Shabibi said, “I will put in the meetings the issues of the banks and the central bank of Iraq.” The Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq in the meetings of International Settlements, which was launched today, Sunday, Guy Switzerland. The BIS is an international organization of central banks to “strengthen financial cooperation and international financial and operating as a bank for central banks.”

I am not trying to be a spoiler or "Mr. Negativity".............but for the life-of-me I cannot figure out in any of the above articles, including the original ("pay attention to second sentence".....what is this??). Where does Shabs, in fact, state that IQD is going international??.........maybe when they get out of Chapter VII, or join WTO, but not simply by Shabs going to Switzerland to attend a global meeting that will discuss global banking issues.

Can anyone help me here to better understand all the elation and supposedly good news??? I'm all for an RV anytime or sooner, and I like good news, where's the good news here??
