People, if someone brings in a LOP post, they negged to death. If someone brings in something to "tickle the ears", they get pluses galore.

I giving you a "+" for bringing probably the most eye-opening and sobering posts in the history of Dinar Vets.

This was a good reality check for all of us.

Big waste of time. After listening to these guys b.s., grab@ss and joke around for an hour, I clicked out of it. These conferencecalls should be condensed to 20 minutes of noteworthy information instead of 3 hours of nonsense. It's why I usually stick to the written word rather than conference calls. Saves time.

I used the little bar to fast-forward past all of their stupid stuff. I never listen to a live call.

There was some good content in the call. But I agree with you. It was like "Meet the Press", hosted by Conan O'Brien. They had some serious topics that they discussed and lost a lot of credibility with their slapstick shenanigans.

That call was longer than the Super Bowl.

As far as the call goes i listened to it had some good info but nothing i havent heard before been in this a long time now, and i have heard it ALL. Opinions that is all IMHO LOL. Until this thing pops all it is speculation even from our top economists. Am i going to sell my dinar absolutely NOT.

Besides all of the calls, the rumors, the guru's, etc., etc., etc...Watch what Iraq does'...and not what someone says!....If we were to lose with this investment, then we've lost it on the best investment going, or one of the best that's out there...IMO/In My Opinion..Because with their ratings and with what all is going on in Iraq, in the trillions, so if they can't make it, then no one else should either...so, with that said, it would all be over anyway..no matter what type or color money we are holding...lol...We will surely see wont we?....I'll bet on the winning horse myself...as there's actually too many other countries that are supposed to be safe, that are actually losing...or that have already lost...you can either ride or dump!....For what it's worth!....

I'm sure Iraq is going SOMEWHERE...and soon...lol....

This is copied over directly from DinarTrades home page. This implies that the IQD is an investment! The largest Dinar Dealer is basically stating in this statement that we should make money on this investment if Iraq has a successful economy. Sounds pretty good to me but could just be another pump tactic but being adverstised this way would wonder if DinarTrade could be liable if we loose money with a lop and the Iraqi economy gets stronger. JMO and wonder what everyones take on this is? I posted this here cause of the comments of this being an investment or ?

This post is turning into a slugfest. It should be locked.

I had my posts locked in past for simply stating what was in this very conference call.

People don't want to hear about the risks just the glamour.

There is a possibility we could all be in for some disappointments. Keep an open mind.

We must prepare ourselves for the worst. Nothing, nothing is guaranteed.

3 hours 18 minutes. That's one long conference call.

Some points I got from it.

If IQD RDs, then they and others will pursue legal actions against dinar dealers for their losses.

IQD "investment" was a gamble. Almost a sure thing to lose, but great return if it wins.

Closing comment: Kuwait RV was a lie. People were told to 'believe' without doing their own research.

Wasn't the Kuwaiti RV one of the supporting pillars that the IQD would RV?

Now that would be bold on the part of Scooter as he was one of the main participants in the "Dinar Guru Summit" last year!

He was one of the top people at the summit to launch the "plan" that would have pumped the dinar and dinar related "investments" like "dinar hedge funds" etc. in a group effort with coordinated central control.

But that never got off the ground because two days later the FBI and IRS raided the "Dinar Guru Summit" headquarters. (that investigation is still on-going)

So if Scooter launches a lawsuit will he name himself as one of the defendants?

People have short memories and that is how these clowns who do these calls get away with this BS!

You are right, BUT....regardless of the rights we have (similar to an Iraqi citizen) If they close the borders for exchange, its to their own as well....

Take into account what happened in 2003 and before then with Saddam when changing a bill or currency.....borders are almost always closed to importing currency to be exchanged, even for their own people.....

Does indeed allows us to "invest" Iraq....then we are in a sense going to Iraq (in country) to cash in.
i do not believe Iraq has enough liquidity (US dollars) to cover more than $66 billion worth...whetherif our treasurey exchanges it or we do directly. If an American were to go to Iraq to "invest" in their country using the dinar we bought outside of Iraq we would nelp build the infastructure and wealth of the war torn country.
if Iraq thought this through to get investment there...it is brilliant.
that also explains how companiies can go there and set up business.
