So he plans to lecture the GoI on the constitutionality (not even sure if that's even a real word) of his, or others, unconstitutional (that one is!!!) acts? That's like your parents giving you the worse beating of your life only to tell you why they did it afterwards. BTW, "because I love you" won't work in this scenario.

Hmm, I wonder if he is about to induct martial law and deem the constitution as null and void. I hope it is for peaceful reasons. Somehow I think this is another desperate attempt to stop the vote :blink:
