Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki hold a special meeting of the House of Representatives to discuss the abuses and the constitutional requirements of the government. channel quoted Iraq's semi-official Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Safa al-Safi as saying that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki called for convening a special meeting of the House of Representatives to discuss the abuses and the constitutional requirements of the Government
