Could they actually get out of Chapter 7 before the big meeting in June? That would be nice if they could.

Kuwait is just one of the issues of Chapter 7. The United Nations are the ones to decide, not Kuwait. Hopefully they are jumping through all of the hoops necessary set by the United Nations. If not. It won't matter what Kuwait does.

Sounds like they are blaming Kuwait for not being out from Chapter 7. When in fact it is Iraq and the United Nations that determine their fate.
