I wonder if you don't like a radio station your listening to on the stereo if you would call that station to tell them they suck or do you just CHANGE THE STATION and listen to a different one. DV has a few stations to choose from!!!

I agree with you. The BS posts from the Guru's are wrong. I'm simply trying to maintain some integrity with regard to our investment. My intention is to not be the enemy here though many perceive me as that.

Let's wait and see what happens with the IQD. I believe that we will make a profit.

Thanks. I have no hidden agenda here. I don't run with a certain pack of members that choose to bash others simply because we disagree. I care about our investment far more than I care about the opinions of members that I have no desire to meet. Let's be patient and see how our investment plays out.

Thanks for keeping it real. I evened out a few of the negs, but that's all I could do. Just because none of us wants to hear the dreaded "L" word is no reason for these clowns to completely distort an article to suit their own agenda. The truth is that I don't believe it will lop and I think these articles are just smoke. I believe in a straight up RV at some point. However; that is just my opinion and we have to realize that this is a gamble and there is always the possibility that we lose.

If the article were titled "Speculations on documents pertaining to Iraqi intents to preserve value the value of the dinar while restructuring the currency" this kerfuffle wouldn't have happened.

These were Kap and BL interpretations of presumably actual documents, which I value somewhat higher than the garden variety guru.

We are all entitled to our opinions around here, assuming we're not offensive or disrespectful of other members. Unbiased freedom of speech is important for those that are willing to speak up. I tend to be the fearless type. My hope is that we will see our investment come to fruition very soon.I hope all of you great members have an awesome evening and weekend.

There is nothing wrong with these type of posts. Why do we always attack the poster with negs when you should be attacking the message itself? Thug goes out of his way to provide us other news, views, and opinions. Why neg him for that?? Comment on the topic and then let the thread thrive with opinions. Isn't that why we can even respond to threads? To be able to agree and disagree?

Well Ski and Keep, I did what little I could to reverse the parade of negs. Big surprise that going against the popular opinion isn't popular. I had my fun last week with the g a y marriage thing.

I believe it will RV, not just RD, but I agree, and posted earlier this week, that these kinds of articles are very ambiguous and it is therefore a mistake to force their interpretation as pro-RV. However, for my pro-RV argument, the lack of completely unambiguous LOP articles is very telling. (And for those of you who think the articles ARE unambiguously LOP - NO WAY JOSE!) Why hide an intended LOP?? What possible gain?? Whereas an RV MUST be hidden from public view until it happens. Right??

P.S. I am so sick of trucking and getting home and playing golf only a few days every month or so!

My thought is that if your going to neg a member you should at least have the gonads to offer a response or a rebuttal. I'm a huge supporter of DT though I'm not a fan of this thread. Most Gurus should remove their fingers permanently from their keyboards and place them elsewhere.

If you're not a fan of this thread, don't read them. It clearly states who the chat is from before you open it. I neged you because you read something that people (kap and bl) have put a lot of time into and then not only bash them but you neg the person who brought it over. Ya know some people just spout what they want to and it is not backed up with a single ounce of truth. Then BL and Kap who spend their own time, and lots of it I might add, researching articles and drawing conclusions from them that they take more of their time to share their ideas with us and you have the audacity to bash them? Unbelievable the arrogance of some people and the lack of gratitude and respect for the additional information they provide. My suggestion: don't read their chat logs and save us all from your negative, derogatory remarks!
