What will that accomplish? You really think they have 2 parties and real "elections"?

You know LD, it is very hard to accomplish the waking up of people when they are in a chemically induced trance with a side order of brainwashing and manipulation.

No, I really don't. But I do think that if we can change who is in office, that it does impact things albeit in a small way, and may make the inevitable take a little longer.

The real purpose of elections is to give the masses something to fight about. How are we doing?

You know LD, it is very hard to accomplish the waking up of people when they are in a chemically induced trance with a side order of brainwashing and manipulation.

And you claim I'm inferring insults?

.....

RP knows who is really in charge of that office....the rest of you don't. That is the difference.

If RP really knows this, then he knows he'll be dead before he's sworn in, or shortly thereafter. Those Who Cannot Be Named have taken care of every president who has dared go against them.

Which leads me to question his sanity.

We all know that RP is our best choice so if you want to point fingers, you can go look in the mirror because you or anyone else that does not vote for Ron Paul is part of the problem. It is the voters fault that did not vote RP not the voters that voted RP. You have grossly misrepresented the truth.

not pointing fingers but you appear to be. vote for who you like. when obama is president for another 4 years, enjoy it
seems to me you are just trying to cause trouble from reading your posts and looking at your warn status.
makes no sense that someone would vote for an un electable candidate just to prove a point , but the choice is yours, for now

A vote for RP is a vote for Obama and RP even knows that, thats why he probably wont run as a third choice, he will let someone else take the blame for
giving O a second term.

"Dissent is the highest form of patriotism"...you see insane when we see bravery. So time to get off your knees and be a man.

We are worried about our kids future, and will die for it....you are just content being a slave. You have that right....enjoy it.

I'm really not trying to needle you. I believe you have the capacity for an intelligent discussion based on what is real. So please answer honestly:

Do you plan to vote for RP regardless of his lack of real chances of winning because in the end, who is office doesn't really matter very much, and to do so is to take a stand among the minority for values that you'd die for? Do I understand you?

So what I hear several people saying is that even though they don't like Romney, they will vote for him anyway with the hope of getting Obama out. Now what if a lot of republicans just don't vote at all because they don't like Romney and they don't feel Ron Paul can win? Or what if we all vote for Romney and he wins? Would we really be in any better shape?

Hope that made sense. I know this is a hot issue, but it would certainly help if we all figured out we are on the same side. What is good for our Country? Who offers the most hope for us moving forward? Look at what the candidates are offering, not the polls. If it is all about speculation as to who might win, and not about who would be the best for our country, well then it is all a mute point.

Here's an idea... vote with your mind and your heart. Who in your opinion would be the best for our country?

Thank you dave for your comment, if notice Scrum saying vote for RP regardless to send a message, well another 4 years will be the results if RP is NOT the nominee. I am glad you are not following blindly like some others on this site. IF the GOP would get there DUNG together they can win this thing, but the RP project is going to sink the GOP and any chance or winning the whitehouse. Now once this happens you will hear all kinds of excuses from the RP crowd, as George Bush said "Watch and Learn"

here is one for you..what if sheriff joe arpaio gets his day in court and Obummer and his school of thugs go to jail ,or other states don't let him on there ballet ...would you write in Obummer???jmo.

Apparently you have not been paying attention to the birther movement legally wise.

As of today there has been 134 legal proceedings against Obama, in 129 times birthers have been shot down and 11 cases are pending, and since the claims are the same I do not see a different outcome.

Also Arpaio has to stop the book release conferences and take his "evidence" and put his "experts" to the litmus test of legal court proceedings, something he has not done. So since Arpaio has done nothing to take Obama to court, you cannot expect anything to happen. Apparently he makes more money selling books than actually going to court.

Orly Taitz, Philip Berg, Mario Apuzzo,Leo Denofrio and Stephen Pidgeon, Van R Irion, and Gary Kreep are the lawyers that have taken the birher movement to courts and all have the same average 0.00. Funny how judge after judge and case after case they all come to the same conclusion Obama is a natural born citizen.

All this reminds me of Albert Einstein when he said and I quote

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

How about you go after his policies and achievements or lack there of, you will have an easier time.

Sorry Broke, I thought I answered you, maybe it was lost in the mixup...but to answer you, first I am not voting..main reason is I am not American.
......

You did, but it appears this thread disappeared in the moment between me hitting the "post" and it saying I couldn't, but it did record the question.

So consider it answered twice. :)

So LordDinar, What country are you in? You say you are not in the US but you feel this round up of activist will be world wide? It sounds more and more like what happened in Germany with the Jews. You sound like you expect to be taken away. I hope RP gets elected but I dont hold out much hope and even if by some miracle he did I doubt he would even complete much of his term. Look what happened to JFK.
