After having been on this site for some time I feel qualified to say that some of the finest folks on earth are regulars here. The compassion, passion, wisdom, humor, philosophy, love, debate, and difference of opinions are varied as are the personalities but all in all....I truly believe we have the greatest folks in the world among us. We have weathered the worst of the storm together and we will be here for each other until and if Hades freezes over..lol. I just would like to commend all of you guys and gals that have kept a stiff upper lip and remained true to your belief that someday soon you will achieve your dreams. The fact that most of you want a better life for your loved ones as well as the Iraqi people says a lot.

After all is said and done...I want to thank all of you that have friended me and given me words of encouragement during difficult times. I can't name all of you as I would be typing past the RV...but LOVE and thanks to all for being folks of character, integrity and love for each other. And thanks to our ole Adam Montana for having the vision he had...what a blessing to so many...thanks AM...Blessings to you all...may we forever be friends

Tandy... your one of the rock solid folks I really enjoy around here... yeah, I know it's a big family, but you have really stood out by your honesty, integrity, and quick humor and positive outlook in the face of difficult situations... it's folks like you that really make this family what it is... thanks for being there pardner!

What you see in others is a reflection of yourself. For you to see these things in the DV family speaks volumes about your character, your integrity and your soul. We are all better for having you be a part of this unique collection of individuals. Thank you for sharing yourself with us.

Awww.........Thank you. I know everyone that posted in front of me added something, but to be honest I am at a loss for words. Before I sat down at the computer I was talking to someone about gold panning. Yours was the first thread that I read, and I think I still have the fever. Gold fever. lol

Thanks for your encouragement over the past few months as we prepare for the RV. You are a big part of the DV family, so don't even think about disappearing.

Ok, got gold out of the brain. Now I would have to agree with you completely as I have had long conversations in the chat room with some of our members here. Like you I'm not going to try and type all their names, but for a different reason. That would be the fear of forgetting someone. I don't really friend anyone so my friends list is short, but just today in chat I asked a question. Nobody answered the question, but pretty soon I was chatting to quite a few people. I don't chat that often, so I was surprised that people just started talking to me about everything but the subject that was being talked about. Even though I am kind of a lonewolf I will never forget the times I've gotten to talk to people from all over the states. Overwhelming feeling of togetherness. I just wish more had the stiff upper lip your talking about. I miss quite a few people that used to come here. They went to other sites I'm sure, but this is the only site for me. I tried others, but it is not the same and learned my lesson quickly. So again thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Well said Tandy. There are many that contribute information, thoughts, life experiences and humor to this site. It appears that many of the members have left and moved on. I can't say that I blame them. I think that most of us are burnt out. I have read hundreds of articles that have been posted on this site. They are contradictory and without merit. Iraq is blowing smoke, it's clear to me now. Let's see how this investment plays out.
