So is what we see now on the CBI a real auction or a window transaction, I don’t think they operate the same. The window is a transaction not an auction, interesting. Now I could be wrong so I am going to research the Window System again but if someone knows please file us in on this.

See the World Back ask them to change these back after the WB & IMF Report was presented at the meeting with Dr. Shabibi in Washington DC back I think in November if I remember right…A new system to combat money laundering that is, this makes me wonder if they are using this as an excuse, the Iran & Syria problem that is.

I think they could have stopped the auction thinking that they were ready to make change in the rate and something came up, they couldn’t get it done. The Window is going on but they are showing it to look like an auction. This part is me thing that if there is very little IQD in Iraq and all the countries are wanting the USD, Iran and Syria’s currency is dropping like a rock the Iraqi’s thank their currency is dropping along with theirs and they have zero faith in the IQD it goes up over 2200 to 1 dollar, the economist start telling this to the media as we have read. Fingers are now pointing straight at the CBI that they have waited to long to make the change thus the articles that have stated that fact. Folks I really believe it is got to take place as they say, soon.
