Al-Salihi told A News Agency that “all the political blocs are proceeding with the process of forming the new Iraqi government, in the coming days & there is no retreat from this option, as it is the only option to end the state of the political blockage.” And the representative of the Al-Fateh Alliance stated that “what is delaying the process of forming the new government is the Kurdish-Kurdish dispute over the presidency, and we are working to pressure these forces in order to reach a common understanding so as not to hinder the government formation process further.” ARTICLE: An Upcoming Parliamentary Session That Cuts Baghdad Apart.
