I am curious.... I know we have about outed ISIS (cause they hate us using that) in Mosul.... but If I remember right...and heck I very well could be wrong, but I remember reading something here that we have already started sending troops to Raqqa. I also remember something about ISIS calling Raqqa their capitol?? Not trying to put a damper on the progress against ISIS...just trying to grasp where we are.

I have a question that begs for an answer, opinions are welcome but maybe someone can bring knowledge to this........Question is: Where does one person's rights end and another's begins. Where is that fine line drawn in dealing with one another without malice....if you say within the law to some extent its true but laws have become distorted. Is this non disclosure agreement real, or is this another of our endless sets of "expert" opinions we need in order to navigate this event? I have been unable to comprehend the necessity of this as we are involved in what is not more than an exchange in currencies. Have I missed something? I have been out of the loop for a while. Is there an amount that is necessary to require the NDA; or is everyone no matter the amount, going to be required to do this? If a person has an account with one of the "big four", are they required to use the 800 numbers, or can they simply make an appointment to accomplish the exchange with their personal banker at their branches? Looking for some real answers to these questions: thanks.
