  1. MEDIA MELTDOWN: NY Times Urges Supreme Court to ‘STAND UP’ to Trump posted by Hannity Staff The liberal New York Times continued its all-out war against the Trump administration Monday; publishing an editorial that urged the US Supreme Court to finally “stand up” to the President and strike-down his so-called “Travel Ban.” The left-leaning newspaper published the article titled, “Will the Court Stand Up to Donald Trump?” and urged the nation’s judicial branch to openly defy the President’s decision to limit immigration from specific, problem-plagued countries. “The ban, now in its third iteration, is ostensibly about protecting national security, but it has been steeped from the start in the reactionary xenophobia at the heart of Mr. Trump’s campaign and presidency,” writes the editorial board. “Today, in the face of an executive order again based on racial animus and unfounded fears, the justices have the chance to deliver a very different message about executive power, and the meaning of America,” adds the Times.
  2. CALIFORNIA REVOLT: Governor Says Troops WON’T ENFORCE ‘Border Laws’ posted by Hannity Staff California Governor Jerry Brown finally agreed to President Trump’s demand to deploy the National Guard to the United States’ southern border this week, but added severe restrictions on soldiers’ interactions with border agents and illegal immigrants. The liberal governor issued a statement Wednesday; caving to Trump’s demands to send his troops to the region but barring the Guard from cooperating on the ‘border wall’ and security sweeps. “The Governor’s order, issued today, specifies that the California National Guard will not enforce immigration laws or participate in the construction of any new border barrier,” said a statement released by Brown. “The location of Guard personnel – and number specifically working in support of operations within the state, along the coast and at the U.S.-Mexico border – will continue to be dictated by the needs on the ground.” “California National Guard service members shall not engage in any direct law enforcement role nor enforce immigration laws, arrest people for immigration law violations, guard people taken into custody for alleged immigration violations, or support immigration law enforcement activities,” it added. “California National Guard service members shall not participate in the construction of any new border barrier,”
  3. RUSSIA RIOT ACT: Pittsburgh Police Brace for ‘RIOTS’ Over Mueller Investigation posted by Hannity Staff The Pittsburgh Police Department is on high-alert over special counsel Robert Mueller’s months-long Russia probe; telling its officers to prepare for “riots” should President Trump abruptly remove the special counsel. “Pittsburgh Police Commander Victor Joseph sent out an email to officers Wednesday saying ‘there is a belief that President Trump will soon move to fire Special Prosecutor Mueller,’ which “would result in a large protest within 24 hours of the firing,” writes Fox News. “Based on this information, beginning tomorrow, April 19, 2018 all Major Crimes detectives are required to bring a full uniform and any issued protective equipment (riot gear) with them to work until further notice,” added Joseph. Twitter Ads info and privacy The move comes as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell refused to move forward on legislation that would “protect” Mueller from being fired; saying there was no reason to vote on the bill at the moment.
  4. IMMIGRATION SANCTUARY INSANITY: DHS Says ‘DOZENS’ of MS-13 Members ‘SHIELDED’ By California posted by Hannity Staff New data released by the Department of Homeland Security shows dozens of illegal immigrant criminals -many members of the notorious MS-13 street gang- were shielded by so-called ‘Sanctuary’ policies and released from US custody. According to the Fox News, nearly two-thirds of those releases occurred in California; a state with the strongest statewide ‘Sanctuary’ policy in the nation dating back to 2014. “Two-thirds of the releases occurred in California, which has had a strict sanctuary policy in effect since January 2014,” the Center for Immigration Studies added, pointing to “obvious public safety problems.” From October 2016 to June 2017, DHS believes over 142 gang members were caught and released in areas where ‘Sanctuary City’ guidelines are mandatory; rebuking ICE agents and other federal authorities. “Because ICE often determines gang affiliation through interviews, ICE cannot speculate about the number of times it was denied access to an alien in the custody of state or local authorities who may have had such an affiliation,” said the report.
  5. Hillarious PANICS: Comey Says ‘Damaging’ Info About Lynch Still ‘UNKNOWN' to Public posted by Hannity Staff Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey raised serious questions about President Obama’s Attorney General this week; saying in his new book that there is damaging material about Loretta Lynch’s role in the Hillarious investigation that is still “unknown” to the public. Comey hinted at the secret information in “A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies and Leadership,” saying had the information “become public” it would have raised “serious doubts” over Lynch’s relationship with the Clintons during her botched email probe. “Had it become public, the unverified material would undoubtedly have been used by political opponents to cast serious doubt on the attorney general’s independence in connection with the Clinton investigation,” Comey writes. He goes on to say the material is “a development still unknown to the American public to this day.” While Comey doesn’t divulge the information, many speculate whether the document relates to Lynch’s infamous “tarmac meeting” with former President Bill Clinton just days before her Justice Department exonerated Hillarious Clinton of any wrongdoing.
  6. This is what Santa means by liberal insanity. Run for the safe spaces LIBERAL RAGE: Man THREATENED at KNIFEPOINT in NYC over 'Trump' Hat posted by Hannity Staff A proud supporter of President Trump was threatened at knifepoint during a visit to New York City Thursday, when two assailants confronted the man for wearing his ‘Make America Great Again’ hat. According to the New York Police Department, the unidentified 18-year old tourist was accosted in Manhattan’s Union Square subway station at approximately 5:30pm; telling the NYPD two suspects “grabbed him from behind” and “pulled out a knife.” “What are you doing with that hat on?” the men allegedly screamed at the victim. The visitor reportedly fought back against the assailants, who eventually fled with the iconic Trump cap. “The two suspects then bolted with the cap,” writes Fox News. “Police released a sketch of one of the suspects, who was described as being an almost bald, 6-foot-tall white man in his 20s or 30s, with light facial hair.”
  7. MSNBC MELTDOWN: Joy Reid FANTASIZES About Trump Being ARRESTED, JAILED posted by Hannity Staff - 4.09.18 MSNBC host Joy Reid publicly fantasized about President Trump’s arrest by federal marshals outside the White House Sunday; discussing with her panel what would happen should the Commander-in-Chief refuse to testify in front of Robert Mueller’s Russia probe. Reid was speaking with a former federal prosecutor when she launched into her liberal fantasy; asking whether Trump could be dragged from the Oval Office and placed before a judge should he refuse to speak with the special counsel’s office. “Normally, a person who refuses to testify before a grand jury winds up being incarcerated for the time period of the grand jury, which can be up to 18 months,” said the prosecutor. “So, one way to enforce it is to have Donald Trump taken by the federal marshals and put in federal prison until he testifies.” “What if he refuses to open the White House door?” asked Reid. “At some point, he has to come out of the White House,” said the former prosecutor.
  8. GAME OVER: Kaepernick SNUBBED by Team After Refusing to STAND posted by Hannity Staff The Seattle Seahawks reportedly gave Colin Kaepernick the boot from pre-season training after the out-of-work quarterback flat-out refused to quit his national anthem protest; adding they were “deciding” whether to offer the athlete a job for the upcoming season. According to Fox News, the former 49er was contacted by the Seahawks weeks ago about a possible visit to the team’s headquarters for tryouts. Inside sources say the trip was canceled after officials demanded Kaepernick remain standing during the US national anthem “The team reportedly asked Kaepernick if he would continue his protest if he was signed to the NFL again and he was ‘unwilling to give that assurance to them,’” writes Fox. Kaepernick made national headlines throughout the 2016 season when he kicked-off the trend of player protests during the ‘Star-Spangled Banner.’ “The NFL should have suspended him for one game and he would have never done it again,” Trump told Sean Hannity last October. “They could have then suspended him for two games and they could have suspended him again if he did it a third time, for the season, and you would never have had a problem.”
  9. DEEP STATE TANGO: Dems Accused Brennan of Lying posted by Jeffrey Lord In what might be called a Deep State tango, Obama CIA Director John Brennan has rushed to defend fired FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe in a classic illustration of how the Deep State works. The Washington Times headlined it this way: John Brennan blasts Trump over McCabe firing, says the U.S. will send him to ‘dustbin of history’ The story quoted Brennan as follows: “When the full extent of your venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin of history. You may scapegoat Andy McCabe, but you will not destroy America…America will triumph over you.” The paper also noted Brennan had earlier accused President Trump of being “small, petty, and banal with your tweets.” “What is telling here is the accusation that Brennan has a penchant for lying came from Democrats – not Republicans…” Got all that? Now, let’s take a stroll down memory lane to this story in The Guardian – in 2014. Columnist Trevor Timm headlined this in the leftist UK paper: CIA director John Brennan lied to you and to the Senate. Fire him Calling Brennan “a talented liar” this column came on the heels of the realization that the CIA, under Brennan’s leadership, had been spying on….the United States Senate. And in the day, Democrats were fit to be tied. Oregon Senator Ron Wyden, a senior Democrat, tweeted this: Twitter Ads info and privacy The Guardian also headlined this about another Senate Democrat: Feinstein accuses CIA of ‘intimidating’ Senate staff over torture report The paper reported on Feinstein’s unhappiness with Brennan this way: “The chairwoman of the Senate intelligence committee, Dianne Feinstein, on Tuesday accused the Central Intelligence Agency of a catalog of cover-ups, intimidation and smears aimed at investigators probing its role in a “un-American and brutal” programme of post-9/11 detention and interrogation. In a bombshell statement on the floor of the US Senate, Feinstein, normally an administration loyalist, accused the CIA of potentially violating the US constitution and of criminal activity in its attempts to obstruct her committee’s investigations into the agency’s use of torture. She described the crisis as a ‘defining moment’ for political oversight of the US intelligence service. Her unprecedented public assault on the CIA represented an intensification of the row between the committee and the agency over a still-secret report on the torture of terrorist suspects after 9/11.” Feinstein was supported after her speech by Democrats Patrick Leahy (VT) and Mark Udall (CO). Udall issued a statement saying that he had “directly pushed CIA director Brennan” to tell the truth about “misrepresentations about the CIA’s brutal and ineffective detention and interrogation program.” Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) What is telling here is the accusation that Brennan has a penchant for lying came from Democrats – not Republicans. Whether it was Feinstein’s floor speech or the comments of her fellow Senate Democrats or the assessment of The Guardian’s left-leaning columnist, the accusation could not have been clearer. In the words of columnist Trimm: “The nation’s top spy is, in fact, a proficient and skilled liar.” And now? Now there is Brennan coming to Andrew McCabe’s defense. And what is McCabe accused of? Lying. As noted here at Fox by the former assistant secretary of state for President George W. Bush: “Reportedly, McCabe lied to the inspector general, or in the euphemistic and delicately modern parlance, he “had made an unauthorized disclosure to the news media and lacked candor – including under oath – on multiple occasions.” There can be no better or clearer illustration of exactly how the players of the Deep State play the game. While Democrats of this moment are ignoring it, only four years ago they themselves were up and arms over Brennan’s conduct at the CIA and quite specifically accused him of lying. Now comes the McCabe episode, with McCabe being fired for, yes, lying to the FBI. And Brennan? He jumps in to stick up for McCabe. Right there, in miniature, the Brennan-McCabe tango gives an idea of just how arrogant these people of the Deep State can be. The Deputy Director of the FBI is fired for lying to the FBI, and the guy who defends him is an ex-CIA Director labeled a “skilled liar” himself for what Senator Feinstein, a Democrat, said was breaking the law and violating the Constitution. And what does John Brennan say in response? It is President Trump – not even in office in 2014 – who is guilty of “venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption.” You can’t make it up.
  10. IRONY ALERT: Maxine Waters TRASHES ‘Con Man Don’ For Name-Calling Santa's note: Ummm, And how many names has this insane freak called Trump over the last two yrs? Maxine Waters says TV networks should censor President Trump. California Congresswoman Maxine Waters lashed-out at President Trump for ‘name calling’ over the weekend; ironically blasting ‘Con Man Don’ for using nicknames to describe his political opponents. Waters was speaking with MSNBC’s Joy Reid on Sunday when she viciously slammed the Commander-in-Chief for repeatedly suggesting the far-left legislator possesses a ‘low-IQ.’ “He is expert at name-calling. I understand that in addition to continuing his name-calling of me, referring to my IQ and calling me ‘low-IQ’ and he continues to attack Elizabeth Warren and Nancy Pelosi,” said Waters. “It seems that he’s identifying and picking on more and more women… This is not only typical of him, this is what this ‘Con man’ does,” she added. “He can keep calling names; I’ve got plenty for him. Everybody knows he’s a con man, he’s been a con man all of his life. So, ‘Con Man Don’ is going to keep it up. If he’s coming for me I’m coming for him,” Maxine warned. Santa's note If'n we're gonna be sophomoric freak show then you might wanna come off your high horse and realize that you've been calling him names and coming after Trump for over two years. Also you might wanna think about what happens to anyone that goes against Trump.
  11. RICE’S RANT: Top Obama Aide Unsure if Trump Has ‘PRESENCE OF MIND’ For Korea Talks posted by Hannity Staff Former National Security Advisor Susan Rice is unsure of President Trump has the “presence of mind” to navigate “high-risk” talks with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un; saying the Commander-in-Chief should follow prior protocol and assemble a team of career diplomats. The senior Obama staffer was speaking with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell when she was asked if Trump’s “outsized personality” will have an impact on the upcoming summit between the President and Kim; adding its “unclear if the US has a strategy.” “I think it’s very risky. It risks the President’s credibility, the credibility of the United States, and worse-still, I think it increases the risk of conflict,” said Rice. “I think it’s high risk, but I think there are steps we can take if the President is serious…He may not have the temperament to do that,” she added. “I think this is high risk if it’s executed in a typical ‘Trumpian’ fashion. If, however, the President has the presence of mind… to allow this to be done responsibly then I think it’s worth attempting.
  12. Bob Woodward: Some Reporters Are Becoming ‘Emotionally Unhinged’ Covering Trump Santa's note: with the insane left, it's only gonna get worse as Trump has more and more success. March 9, 2018 Veteran journalist Bob Woodward criticized reporters on the right and left alike who were becoming too emotionally invested in their coverage of Donald Trump, calling them "unhinged." "You’ve described the Trump presidency as being a "test" for the news media. Do you think the media is failing the test?" asked Newsweek. The former Washington Post reporter—now an associate editor—responded journalists could always do better, including himself, but that he thought the media had not "failed" to date. "But we have a lot of work to do," he continued. "A number of reporters have at times become emotionally unhinged about it all, one way or the other." "Look at MSNBC or Fox News, and you will see those continually either denigrating Trump or praising him. I think the answer is in the middle, and in this class I talk about how it’s important to get your personal politics out," Woodward went on. "It's destructive to become too politicized. The emotion should be directed at doing more work, not some feeling or personal conclusion." Woodward has leveled similar criticisms in the past, including during a January CNN hit alongside his former Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein. "In lots of reporting, particularly on television, commentary, there's kind of self-righteousness and smugness, and people kind of ridiculing the president," Woodward said. "When we reported on Nixon, it was obviously a very different era, but we did not adopt a tone of ridicule. The tone was, ‘what are the facts?'"
  13. BROWARD BOMBSHELL: Deputy TOLD POLICE to 'STAY AWAY' from High School During Shooting posted by Hannity Staff The disgraced Sheriff’s Deputy who maintained a “defensive position” and refused to enter the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School during last month’s mass shooting reportedly told fellow officers to “stay away” from the building; instructing them to remain at least 500 feet back as people lay dying. According to the Miami Herald, Deputy Scot Peterson told the Broward County Sheriff’s Department, “Do not approach the 12 or 1300 building, stay at least 500 feet away.” Newly released audiotape of police scanners confirm Peterson’s comments; with screams heard in the background as the shooting unfolded. The records confirm Peterson was well aware that the incident was occurring inside the building; directly refuting his claims he believed the gunman was last seen near the football field. “It certainly backs up that he never went into the school,” said the president of the Broward County Sheriff’s police union. “At one point he says to keep back 500 feet. Why would he say that?” Peterson became the center of a media firestorm after reports emerged he refused to enter the building as the carnage unfolded; allowing 19-year old Nikolas Cruz to kill 17 people and injure dozens more without confrontation.
  14. Criminal Aliens Set Free by California’s Radical Agenda of Resistance to Federal Law Santa's note: When you refuse to punish people for breaking the law, then what's the need to obey the law. Mr. President you need to make your Attorney General arrest all those that have clear violations of the law. Or we are nothing more than another banana republic. March 8, 2018 SHARE: ALL NEWS Tuesday night, the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against the State of California to save lives and keep dangerous criminal aliens off our streets. For far too long, California has obstructed Federal law and put the interests of criminal aliens ahead of the well-being of American citizens. When a foreign national in the United States illegally is arrested on criminal charges, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) can issue a “detainer,” a request that local law enforcement notify ICE before the illegal alien is released from custody. As a Sanctuary State, California refuses to honor these detainers and instead releases criminal aliens back onto the streets. This policy of mass recalcitrance to lawful Federal authority not only puts innocent and law-abiding Americans at risk, but it also endangers the lives of the rank-and-file law enforcement officers charged with keeping our communities safe. Below are just a few examples of the dangerous criminal aliens that California has set free, despite the lawful requests of immigration authorities. A citizen and national of Mexico was arrested by Santa Clara County for possession or purchase of controlled substances on January 11, 2017; he was later convicted of child cruelty, felony possession or purchase of controlled substances, and possession of marijuana. He was released from local custody. ICE arrested him on September 25, 2017, and removed him to Mexico on November 1, 2017. On Aug. 2, 2017, the Santa Rosa Police Department in California arrested a citizen of Guatemala, on charges of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant, and booked him into the Sonoma County Jail in Santa Rosa, California. ICE lodged a detainer the same day. The next day at approximately 8:12 p.m. PDT, a Sonoma County Jail sergeant called ICE and advised that the suspect would be released shortly. At 8:36 p.m. PDT, Sonoma County Jail emailed ICE indicating his release. The jail provided ICE with only 24 minutes notice before it released the alien, despite the fact that the jail is located about 65 miles from the nearest ICE field office. ICE did not arrest the alien due to insufficient time given to respond. On Aug. 18, 2017, the Santa Rosa Police Department in California arrested the same individual as a suspect in the murder of his alleged girlfriend. He remains in Sonoma County Sheriff’s custody with an ICE-lodged immigration detainer. A citizen of Guatemala and alleged gang member was arrested by SFPD more than 10 times between 2013 and 2017 for charges including rape, domestic battery, second degree robbery, assault, and vehicle theft. On each occasion, ICE requested notification of his release or transfer of the individual to ICE custody. Each time, ICE’s request was declined. On February 25, 2018, a citizen of Mexico, was arrested near his residence in Stockton, CA by ICE. On February 21, 2017, he was convicted of Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child under 14 and was sentenced to 180 days jail. On February 28, 2018, a citizen of El Salvador, was arrested at his residence in Vallejo, CA, by ICE. On November 27, 2017, he was convicted of Driving Under the Influence and sentenced to 25 days confinement and 4 years of probation. He has previous convictions for Theft and Driving Under the Influence. On February 26, 2018, a citizen of Mexico, was arrested at his residence by ICE. On August 22, 2017, he was convicted of Battery and was sentenced to 3 years of probation and 3 years of confinement. On February 8, 2018, he was booked into the San Francisco County Jail and charged with Driving under the Influence. ICE filed a detainer, which was not honored. On February 12, 2018 a citizen of Mexico, was arrested by ICE. Previously, in 2004, he was convicted of Domestic Violence and sentenced to 36 months summary probation. On January 11, 2017, he was convicted of Sexual Battery and sentenced to 36 months summary probation. On February 14, 2018, a citizen of Mexico, was arrested in Anaheim, CA by ICE. Previously, in, 2004, he was convicted of Lewd & Lascivious Acts with a Minor under 14 and sentenced to 45 days in juvenile hall. No detainer was issued following this arrest. On August 10, 2016, he was convicted of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale and sentenced to 3 years’ probation. An immigration detainer was lodged, but not honored. He was removed to Mexico on March 5, 2018.
  15. CALIFORNIA CHAOS: ‘Sanctuary’ San Francisco PLAGUED By Record Breaking Crime The Bay Area is seeing record breaking crime. California’s Bay Area residents are waking each morning to unprecedented levels of burglaries and car break-ins; with locals urging state leaders to clamp down on escalating crime, homelessness, and drug use after years of liberal laws and ‘Sanctuary City’ status. According to CBS News, local residents are “seeing a record number of car burglaries” throughout the Bay Area; with San Francisco “leading the pack” ahead of neighboring cities Oakland and San Jose. Law enforcement confirms the City by the Bay saw a stunning 31,120 car break-ins last year alone; a 17% rise since 2016. “Unlike San Francisco, where burglars are targeting rental cars and tourist destinations, in Oakland, the majority of the break-ins are in commercial districts, where people go shop and dine,” writes CBS San Francisco. “The chances of getting caught are very slim. In San Francisco, for example, not even 2 percent of the thieves are nabbed,” adds the site. The Bay Area was thrust into the national spotlight last week when Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf rebuked the federal government and warned illegal immigrants throughout the region of impending ICE raids.
  16. STEELE RETURNS: Dossier Author Claims RUSSIA BLOCKED Mitt Romney as Sec. of State Christopher Steele claims Russia blocked Mitt Romney as Sec. of State. The former British spy behind the Clinton-financed ‘Trump Dossier’ returned to national headlines this week, claiming in a recent interview that the Kremlin blocked the President’s impending nomination of Mitt Romney as Secretary of State ahead of his 2017 inauguration. In a high-stakes profile published in the New Yorker, Christopher Steele baselessly asserts that a “senior Russian official” told him Putin’s regime successfully persuaded then-President Elect Donald Trump to abandon his initial choice of Romney to head the State Department; adding “the Kremlin intervened” following Romney’s harsh anti-Kremlin rhetoric during the primary process. “The official said that he was merely relaying talk circulating in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but what he’d heard was astonishing: people were saying that the Kremlin had intervened to block Trump’s initial choice for Secretary of State, Mitt Romney,” writes the New Yorker’s Jane Mayer. “The memo said that the Kremlin, through unspecified channels, had asked Trump to appoint someone who would be prepared to lift Ukraine-related sanctions, and who would coöperate on security issues of interest to Russia, such as the conflict in Syria,” she adds. Steele made international headlines throughout the 2016 presidential race after his document was published by online magazine Buzzfeed; compiling the thoroughly debunked ‘Trump Dossier’ on behalf of the Clinton campaign and the DNC. The document is believed to have been used by the FBI and the DOJ to secure FISA warrants against senior Trump aides ahead of the US general election.
  17. PELOSI PANICS: Nancy Trashes ‘BIGOTED’ Trump, Says ICE Sweeps are ‘ABUSE OF POWER’ Nancy Pelosi tells Democrats to oppose "everything" in 2018. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi weighed-in on the recent ICE raids that occurred in the San Francisco Bay Area this weekend, saying the sweeps were just another example of the President’s “shocking abuse of law enforcement” to crackdown on illegal immigrants. The former Speaker of the House slammed President Trump’s clampdown on undocumented workers in California this week; claiming the “bigoted” administration was “indiscriminately detaining scores” of people throughout the community. “The Trump administration’s raids were a shocking abuse of law enforcement power,” Pelosi said Wednesday. “Yet again, the White House has reached into our communities to indiscriminately detain scores of hard-working, law-abiding immigrants.” “The administration continues to brazenly target the cities that refuse to bow to its blatantly bigoted anti-immigrant and mass deportation agenda. The people of the San Francisco Bay Area will continue to oppose these cowardly attacks, and we will remain open to the patriotic immigrants who are the constant reinvigoration of America,” she added.
  18. DEMOCRAT DELUSION: Congressman Believes Only ‘RICH PEOPLE’ Should Own Guns A liberal Rep. says only "rich people" should be able to buy guns. A left-leaning Representative from Illinois weighed-in on the national debate surrounding gun control and mental health Wednesday, bizarrely suggesting that only “rich people” should be able to purchase firearms. Rep. Danny Davis was speaking with Sirius XM’s Kerry Picket when he was pressed on his proposed legislation that would impose a 50% tax on firearms and ammunition; saying the money raised would be funneled into violence prevention. “Some would argue that guns and ammunition would only be available to those with money,” said Picket. “If rich people can only get firearms then only rich people would be able to pay the price and if that could prevent some people from getting them, I’d want to prevent all people from getting them,” Davis said “But if rich people were willing and would continue to pay the high price, then I’d be happy that we kept the other group from getting them,” he added. Listen to the Representative’s strange suggestion below:
  19. ffBroward State Attorney’s Opened At Least 66 Cases Of Criminal Misconduct Into Sheriff’s Office Santa's note: Ever notice that when liberals run the show Children Die? Crimes that run the gamut from armed kidnapping to narcotics trafficking Sara Carter February 27, 2018 20,828 FacebookTwitterGoogle+PinterestShare via Email Highlights Since 2012 there have been more than 66 investigations by the Broward County State Attorney's office into the Broward County Sheriff's office Sheriff Scott Israel is coming under mounting criticism when it was discovered his deputies failed to enter the Stoneman Douglas High School during the shooting. Calls for his resignation are mounting. David Schoen, a civil rights attorney, is representing the family of Jermaine McBean, an IT specialist who was killed by one of Sheriff Scott Israel's deputies in 2013. McBean was walking home with an unloaded air rifle he had purchased when confronted by the deputies and was killed. Schoen says Sheriff's Israel's failed leadership in the Sheriff's office puts citizens at risk. Updated: Note this story was changed to reflect that 40 of the 66 investigations occurred under Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel. There are more than 66 investigations by the Broward County State Attorney’s office into Broward County Sheriff’s deputies and employees, ranging from drug trafficking to kidnapping since 2012, according to a 2014 Brady list produced by the Broward State Attorney’s office. Forty of the investigations occurred under embattled Sheriff Scott Israel’s watch. His office is now under investigation for allegations that his deputies failed to allow first responders from treating patients at the scene of Stoneman Douglas High School shooting on Feb. 14, and failure of his deputies to enter the school during the rampage that left 17 people dead, according to reports. Over the weekend Israel fought back on calls for his resignation saying the actions of his deputies were “[not] his responsibility” when they failed to enter the high school that was under siege by Nikolas Cruz, 19. Police responded to calls regarding Cruz over 45 times over a seven-year period, although Israel disputes the report, stating his office only received 23 calls during that time frame. The FBI also received a detailed call on Jan. 5, warning that Cruz had posted disturbing images of slaughtered animals and comments on his Instagram saying he wanted to kill people, according to reports. The FBI stated on Feb. 16, that the tip was not forwarded to the FBI Miami Field Office. But Israel has long had been criticized for his leadership. While Israel is battling allegations that his office failed to appropriately respond to the Cruz shooting, he is also fighting a civil court case brought by the family of Jermaine McBean, an African-American information technology engineer. McBean was killed in 2013 by Israel’s deputies after they responded to a call that McBean was walking in his neighborhood with what appeared to be a weapon. It was an unloaded air rifle. McBean, who was listening to music on his earbuds, had just purchased the air rifle and was taking a 10-minute walk home from the store when the bag covering his air rifle blew off. A motorist called 911 saying they saw a man with what appeared to be a weapon but then stated to the 911 officer that it may be an air rifle, according to court records. McBean was eventually confronted by the Sheriff’s deputies Peter Peraza, Lt. Brad Ostroff and Sgt. Richard Laccera when he reached his apartment. According to David Schoen, the attorney representing McBean’s family in the civil case against the defendants and Israel, witnesses at the scene said McBean’s air rifle was resting on his shoulders, with his arms slung over. McBean couldn’t hear the officers through the earbuds. According to witnesses and court records he eventually turned around and when he did, Peraza fired the shots that led to McBean’s death. Peraza, who had only been working as a deputy for a year, stated to the courts that he feared for his life. “Approximately 66 BSO (Broward Sheriff’s Office) deputies and other employees, including supervisory personnel were arrested for, charged with, and/or convicted of crimes that run the gamut from Armed Kidnapping, to Battery, Assault, Falsifying records, Official Misconduct, Narcotics trafficking, and other crimes involving dishonesty and violence in the years immediately proceeding 2013 when Jermaine was killed. Most of the offenses on the list occurred in the years 2012-2013,” according to court records filed by Schoen against Israel and the Broward County Sheriff deputy defendants. “Often the cases against BSO (Broward Sheriff’s Office) employees are resolved by guilty pleas resulting in short or no period of incarceration and a chance for the criminal record to be cleared after a period of time.” Broward County Sheriff’s office could not be reached immediately for comment. Three months after the shooting, Israel awarded two of the deputies the BSO’s prestigious “Gold Cross Award.” But under mounting criticism he later told reporters the deputies should not have received the awards, adding that he didn’t award the deputies but couldn’t investigate the matter because someone accidentally destroyed the paperwork, as reported. Peraza was finally suspended more than two years after McBean’s killing when he finally was indicted for homicide, Schoen and court records state. A local judge dismissed the indictment on stand your ground, allowing the deputy to avoid a jury trial but the Florida Supreme Court, however, has taken the case on review and has vacated the lower court’s order, according to Schoen andrecent reports. The criminal section of the Department of Justice’s civil right’s division now has an open investigation into McBean’s death, Schoen said. Israel is always shifting blame and the “buck never stops with him,” Schoen said. The most current Brady list has not yet been made available and those numbers are expected to increase, he added. He added that McBean’s family’s civil case against Israel clearly details the failed leadership under Israel. Israel is named in Schoen’s lawsuit because he oversees “the training, hiring, retention, chain of command, supervision, disciplining, and firing.” He is named based on “supervisory liability, his policies, and for being directly a part of the cover-up through the award process and failure to discipline, thereby ratifying and encouraging in the future this kind of conduct and an environment that rewards it,” Schoen said. Israel also spoke openly about the McBean case to the media and Schoen said Israel “misled the public as to the true facts surrounding the case,” according to the court documents. Republican Florida Gov. Rick Scott was urged by 73 colleagues Sunday to suspend Israel. “Sheriff Israel failed to maintain a culture of alertness, vigilance and thoroughness amongst his deputies,” said Florida House Speaker Richard Corcoran, in a letter released Sunday.
  20. Immigration ON THIN ICE: Border Agents Say OAKLAND MAYOR Acting Like ‘GANG LOOKOUT’ Director of ICE slams Oakland Mayor for acting like "gang lookout." The acting Director of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency didn’t mince words when commenting on the Oakland, California mayor’s decision to “tip off” illegal immigrants on potential ICE raids; saying the liberal politician was acting like a “gang lookout.” Director Thomas Homan slammed Mayor Libby Schaaf Wednesday after she posted information about potential law enforcement sweeps on social media; instructing undocumented workers in the Bay Area to be on the lookout for federal agents. “What she did is no better than a gang lookout yelling police when a police cruiser comes to the neighborhood except she did it to entire community of the this is beyond the pale,” Homan told Fox News. “This is a whole new low to intentionally warn criminals that law enforcement is coming. I can’t believe it happened.” “She intentionally put law enforcement officers at risk. Being a law enforcement officer is dangerous enough. But to give criminals a head’s up we’re coming next 24 hours, increases the risk,” he added.
  21. RUSSIA COLLUSION CHAOS: Robert Mueller DISMISSES CHARGES Against Former Trump Insider posted by Hannity Staff Special counsel Robert Mueller’s office moved to officially dismiss recent charges against Rick Gates Tuesday afternoon, after the former deputy chairman to President Trump’s 2016 campaign pleaded guilty to charges of money laundering and tax fraud, reports the Washington Post. Both Gates and Manafort were previously indicted with multiple counts of conspiracy to launder money, acting as unregistered agents on behalf of foreign governments, making false statements, and failure to disclose financial records. The special counsel’s office decision to drop the charges signals Gates may be offering to cooperate with Mueller’s probe into Manafort’s finances; further suggesting the ongoing investigation into Russian “collusion” centers on the former campaign chairman’s foreign investments and financial ties. Rick Gates joined the Trump campaign in the early months of 2016 after Manafort was hired as chairman, and worked under him as his deputy in the run-up to the US presidential election. Paul Manafort has maintained his innocence throughout Mueller’s probe, vowing to fight the allegations in court since his initial indictment last October.
  22. MEDIA Santa's note: When you're so stupid that you don't know you're STUPID THIS IS CNN: Network Claims Teachers CAN’T CARRY FIREARMS Because They Wear Dresses posted by Hannity Staff A senior law enforcement analyst at CNN offered a stinging rebuke to President Trump’s recent calls to permit law-abiding teachers to “harden” school security; saying female staffers aren’t prepared to handle firearms because they wear “dresses or skirts.” CNN’s Tom Fuentes was weighing-in on the nations’ response to the devastating school shooting in south Florida earlier this month when he made the bizarre policy recommendation; claiming women would have a hard time carrying a gun because of their clothing choices. “One of the things that people don’t talk about… a lot of these schools like Sandy Hook had an all-female faculty. From principal to teachers, and for a woman where are you going to hide that gun during the day?” asked Fuentes. “You can’t put it your desk drawer, somebody might steal it or you can’t get to it. You’re not going to have it in a safe in the principal’s office, you can’t get to it,” he added. “If you wear a dress or skirt, are you going to have to wear a jacket every day with a belt and a holster the way a detective on-duty would do?”
  23. RUSSIA TROUBLED WATERS: Maxine Goes NUCLEAR, Demands IMPEACHMENT of Trump’s ‘Kremlin Klan’ posted by Hannity Staff Firebrand Congresswoman Maxine Waters once-again doubled-down on her baseless calls for the impeachment of President Trump over the weekend, telling a gathering of California Democrats the ‘Kremlin Klan’ needs to be removed from office. Waters was speaking to the annual gathering of the California Democratic Party when she launched into her predictable anti-Trump temper tantrum; saying she’s warned Americans for months over the President’s “connections” to Russian officials. “I cannot wait and I’m counting on special counsel Mueller to connect the dots… Meanwhile Democrats are keeping the faith with the American people,” said Maxine. “You know that there were many who said I stepped out too soon, taking about collusion, talking about obstruction of justice.” “I said he should be impeached. They said don’t use that word. Don’t say anything about impeachment. Republicans will only use it against us. They’ll say you’re just mad because you lost the election. Democrats, I don’t care what the Republicans say, I say, ‘Impeach 45!’” she chanted.
  24. MUELLER MADNESS: Judge’s Decision RAISES NEW QUESTIONS over Flynn’s Plea Deal posted by Hannity Staff A federal judge’s recent decision regarding special counsel Robert Mueller’s charges against former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn raised serious new questions about the DOJ’s probe into Russian meddling; with some calling on Flynn to withdraw his guilty plea. The controversy began when U.S. District Judge Rudolph Contreras officially recused himself from the case; eventually being replaced by Judge Emmet Sullivan. Sullivan immediately ordered Mueller’s team to provide “any evidence in its possession that is favorable” to the former Trump advisor. The judge’s request raises serious questions over whether Mueller and his team misled US officials in order to secure Flynn’s guilty plea; raising the possibility he could withdraw his admission and go to trial. “Mueller’s team has since postponed Flynn’s sentencing. And last Wednesday, Mueller’s team filed a protective order ‘governing the production of discovery,’ which indicates they won’t fight the order to hand over documents,” writes Fox News. “Could this provide General Flynn with factual grounds of which he was previously unaware to seek to have his plea vacated?” asked former assistant US attorney Andrew McCarthy. “Would he have a viable legal basis to undo the plea agreement that he and his lawyer signed on November 30? We do not know at this point.”
  25. MEDIA MSNBC GOES OFF: Anchors FLIP over Trump’s ‘ABURD’ CPAC Speech posted by Hannity Staff The mainstream media’s non-stop obsession with President Trump continued Friday, with MSNBC anchors absolutely unloading on the Commander-in-Chief’s CPAC address; claiming his speech was “absurd” and reminiscent of “Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro.” Network anchors Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle attacked the President’s remarks within seconds, saying his “meandering speech” was packed with “lies” and is something normally heard in Iran or Russia. “A sprawling, truly sprawling, meandering speech by the President. The likes of which […] I’m used to having heard from Hugo Chavez or Fidel Castro or Erdogan. President Putin gives something like this every year, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad used to give speeches like this,” said Velshi. “It was absurd across the board… Historically, the amount of lies the President has told and this administration over the last year, that is unprecedented,” added Ruhle.
