US military meets Sunni tribal leaders in Anbar Twilight News one hour ago A US military delegation met with leaders of the Iraqi army and Sunni tribal leaders at the base of Ain al-Assad in Anbar province. The American delegation headed by John Allen, the coordinator of the International Alliance to fight Daqash met at the base of Ayn al-Assad, in al-Baghdadi tribal elders of Baghdadi, Haditha and Hit and some Iraqi army leaders and discuss the security situation and preparations of tribes and Iraqi forces to liberate the cities of Ana and Rawah. The US delegation expressed its country's readiness to support Iraq in liberating its entire territory from a supportive organization through the air support of the International Alliance, as well as the training and equipping of tribal fighters.
