The Dynamic Duo...Judy Lyington & Bruce the Goose: 1- Our Military Intel Contact: Tier 4B start was scheduled to be notified sometime overnight Thurs. 15 July into Fri 16 July. At 1:56 pm EST Thurs. 15 July a release was given to proceed toward Tier 4B notification, which could go out at any moment. 2- The new USN was on the Forex and trading as of Wed. 14 July. 3- On Thurs. 15 July NESARA and GESARA went into effect. 4- Fri. 16 July was considered Value Day when all new Global Currency Reset Rates would be locked in for Tier 4B (us, the Internet Group) Zim Bond Redemption and Foreign Currency Exchanges. 5- The Federal Reserve and IRS have been absorbed into the US Treasury. 6- There were 23 currencies going up in value during the GCR. 7- Paymasters have paid out Fines and Penalties. Other groups such as CMKX were also being paid out. Sovereigns such as Native Americans, Farm Claims and church groups were paid out. Some Bond Holders and Sellers have been paid, others would be paid Fri. 16 July Value Day. 8- We were supposed to be notified by Thurs. 15 July or Fri. 16 July, but that may not happen because some Bond Holders may not pass review, which would delay Tier 4B notification for 2-3 days to the early part of next week.

Your opine. 12/3/2019 MARKZ: I did not see the movement we wanted to see from Sunday into Monday….Still very excited this week. We will be watching every single day. The Progress is slow and steady and we want it to be fast, quick and efficient.. there is a whole bunch to watch for this week… Mr. C has not been paid. No confirmation on the Indian Accounts…we have someone speak directly with a Chief. F&Ps not delivered until Indians are paid . My contacts in Chicago are still excited that we are seeing progress….they are energized and rejuvenated this week and feeling very positive….I am still looking at “any day” CMKX: we are sitting on “Go” and ready….I got some cool confirmations on where we are now sitting….I have been asked to not talk about this so I won’t. 12/3/2019 Judy Lyington... Wed. March 6 at 8:15 pm EST some fines, penalties and a group known as the Big Boys were paid out. It was rumored that by Thurs. March 7 the Cherokee Nation had been paid and that by Sat. March 9 five Indian Nations had been paid out. Farm Claims and F&Ps were to be paid out the evening of Sat. March 9. 11/3/2019 Bruce: Officially started yesterday or last night let’s call it. We know, for example, the Native American Claims have been settled. We know that the people who are making Farm claims have been notified. Not paid out, but just notified and their addresses verified. We know that the CMKX was supposed to be paid last night, but might just get paid out tonight, settled and paid out tonight. We know that the Cores have not yet been settled. We think the Core Groups may go and they might even go overnight. I do not know that, but if they haven’t gone yet, they could go overnight. Being positive. Really in my opinion, when that takes place, this is only my opinion, I believe the toll-free numbers could go alongside in evidence of the Cores being paid. I may be wrong, but to me that might be what happens.

17 Feb 2018 RayRat & Restored Republic.... 1. Native American tribes were paid out their due funds last Mon. Feb. 12. 2. There was a 72 hour waiting period for us to go that expired Feb. 15-16. 3. The SWIFT system had been run in tandem with the CIPS system, yet Russia switched over to the new system at midnight Feb. 14-15. 4. There were arrangements made to release a huge amount of money to certain groups after the Chinese New Year on Feb. 16. 5. The GCAM (Global Collateral Accounts Master) has been informed to prepare to oversee the RV exchanges this month (date classified). 6. As of Feb. 16 the US Treasury signed off on the RV/GCR and Banks have been instructed to get the 800#s underway. 7. Last Wed. Feb. 14 the Military Reserves were put on alert to assure security of our exchanges. 8. According to TNT the 800#s release window was now sometime between tonight Feb. 16 and the morning of Tues. Feb. 19. 9. It was reported that 23 bank people were secretly arrested this week. 10. With the global political and economic changes, there was apt to be a 90-day window where things would get tough for the average citizen. Have your food storage ready. Feb. 16 2018 TNT RayRen98: Yes, we received a new window. Yes, it is over the course of this weekend – Friday to Tuesday morning it could go thru. New information coming in during the rush. Five big boys (banks) are increasing their reserves today.

Luigi says... Take it as a rumor. I'm part of the group. I have not been notified. Other groups not notified. 10 Oct 2015..Intel Newshound RayRen... OM report: Ray is in a great mood. Confirmed that private exchanges are ongoing this weekend. It appears the plan is to complete private exchanges by Monday eve or sooner. Then it is us … the Internet folks. They want us done by Wed or Thu eve. Then the exchanges will open to the general public. Ray is planning to be on a beach in St Thomas by the 20th … maybe the 24th … depends on how much biz he needs to get done before he leaves for some R & R.
