The CBI has sent test messages to the central banks, and the central banks have sent them to Wells Fargo, Citi Bank, etc., the Bank of England have pushed it to their local banks, and so on. The initial exchange centers have received the rates, made sure they loaded successfully – and they have...They have also allowed a few test exchanges to make sure their systems work, and those codes have gone through. The vast majority will be informed when this is ready to go through. The screens are being guarded carefully. It is NOT on administrative hold, it is LIVE. Again, it is live; they are just restricting access, and the codes are limited to a few per location to make sure they work out. That is throughout the US. They are ready to go. Also, this is not single-source information here. All our intel is consistently dual-source, typically three sources or more... Abadi has had meetings and the technical staff and other consultants believe that all systems are go, and they can deal with security issues if they come up. They are ready.
