I was in Iraq in 2003-04 at various locations and bought quite alot for right around $300.00 a mil -- had a backpack full going thru airport security in Germany and got pulled out of line for extra explosive residew testing which involved dumping it all out on the table for all to view. After a few swipes with those little round white cloths and checked by the machine, they said OK load up your stuff and get back in line. WHEEEEEWWWW!!!
