Speaking to my sister in law that was in Iraq in the green zone a year or so ago they "attacked" it every morning. They drove up shot a missile at the wall and ran off. That was the "missile" attacks on the green zone.

Chapter 7 sanctions in regards to the trade issues are lifted if I'm not mistaken. The ones that are still remaining are the border issues with Kuwait and the protection of the Iraq money, and I mean the way that the debts are to be paid. The IDF was set to protect the Iraqis from having a swarm of debtors come in and demand payment right away. As I understand it a RV can happen while these Chapter 7 issues are still set, and this is just my opinion but it was make sense that they did RV before the debtors were released on to them so that they could pay them off easier. Since the trade currency is the dollar and they RV to say 3 or 4 then they then would cut the debts they have into a third or a quarter. again this is just what I think from things I have read.

Well said and a +1 to bad someone (whomever gave you the -1) is to blind to see what is happening in this country as well. The US Govt might want to look around the world and the "little people" can and will change the problem if pushed and not listened to for much longer.

Lets just hope that they get to the budget for 2011 finished in 2011. Maybe they should start on the 2012 one now.
