Where do you get $20, $14 dollar rates or even the 3.44 ? Do you read this forum? A .10 cent rate with managed float will be a dream come true.

No matter what they come out and tell you, will you really believe them? You only believe the articles that support what you think the outcome of the dinar will be any way.
