exchanging one currency for another one should not even be taxed : in Costa Rica numerous times, nobody said anything : and there is no proof regarding what you paid for your IQD -
small denominations would be huge news, if true : right now they are worthless

nobody in my small town ever heard about the IQD or bought any, except for me : 3 million stashed away, just in case : how many people in the U.S. own IQD ?---- i doubt if very many at all---it sounded too good to be true

true story from last week : standing in line at my local Wells Fargo, there was a display ( about head high ) the brochure said " foreign currency exchange " ? this is a small town, and nobody hardly goes overseas
