Hey Tileman1814, Everybody better hope that The Kurds do not breakaway and form their own Nation. If that happens you might as well Burn your Dinar because this investment will be down the Toilet! Personally I don't believe that is even close to happening at this point. I believe that they are aware of the fact of what their annual disbursements will be and are simply getting things done ahead of time!
