So true.... Most people under 40 would not know how to survive if they lost fuel, electricity, etc... Unless you were in the Boys Scout, Girls Scout, Service member, or have a grandparents that taught you old school style...

It states that it will notify you "periodically", seems like they are saying that when the rate "changes" they will notify you. Doesn't seem big news and sounds like a sales pitch to buy more... -
