  1. Umbertino - I plussed you on all the negatives. It's not about being a 'non-believer'. If we were non-believers we wouldn't be on this site every day hoping today is the day. It's about crazies wasting our time with their STUPID, nonsensical posts!
  2. What with the $.01? Does that make it more credible? wpsmit - if I could have given your post 10 pluses I would have. THAT was HILARIOUS! And sadly true...
  3. I'm sorry you endured that - but I haven't laughed out loud in a while, so I thank you for your detailed report of it. It was hilarious!
  4. I think we ALL should say we're Guru's. Like Syndrome says on The Incredibles "When everyone is special, then no one will be."
  5. Why is everyone suddenly a 'guru' now?
  6. Extra pluses to Easy Rider for giving a bit of real hope going into a weekend! I've had a crappy week of one bad financial news tidbit after another. I would LOVE for this to happen this month!!!! And I bank at Wells Fargo, so I know personally what jerks they've been about the dinar, so I'm extra excited about this news. Have a great weekend!
  7. Why do these people even bother....
  8. Seemed like the candidates think it's whoever can say 'Ronald Regan' the most. I pictured college students getting plastered. ''Ronald Regan'' "Ronald Regan". Nobody believes ANY of these people are the next Ronald Regan, so they should all just shut it about him and talk about themselves and their ideas! Can you tell I'm Italian and have a few opinions? LOL
  9. Bambino, Your post is beautiful and so well said. I'm glad you said it and I hope a lot of people read it and think. So many people hurt and hit by this economy, especially us business owners who watch what we built dwindle to nothing. We have so much tied into that business, like it's a child that we fight to keep alive. It's hard to watch it go, so we put more into it than we should, believing things will 'turn around'. Been there. It's emotionally draining. I am a fan of Easy Rider, but haven't read his testimony. I'll have to see if I can find that. I'm sure every one of us has a story and we all need this thing to happen. I'll tell you that my goals in life have changed significantly, as I'm sure happened to our ancestors who lived through the Depression. I used to want the big house and the cars and all that. Now I just want to pay my bills and never be in debt again! Lesson learned. I believe it's going to happen some day. Sure would be nice if it were some day soon. God Bless you and your family. I'll say a special prayer for you all. Stacy
  10. Seems to me like Iraq's government is as disfunctional as ours is right now. People can't agree and everything is stalled and jammed up. Does ANYBODY seriously believe, that we are so influential over there in their government that WE somehow get to determine the timing of their RV?? This speech tonight is so un-anticipated, that the GOP isn't even planning to respond to it, and most of America is going to care more about the pre-game shows than the speech. I think it's far fetched - FAR FETCHED - to think that Iraq has agreed to RV right before Obama's lame speech on JOBS to announce their RV! Anyone who says "It's happened" loses all credibility. If it really happened, this and other sites would be flooded with posts from all their inside intel people and everyone would be saying the same thing. When it's happening, there will be a crazy mayhem of posts. It won't be one lone guy who knows before everyone else in the world. Just all seems so stupid that people even pay this type of stuff any attention...
  11. I'll take any post that doesn't refer to Okie, Gurus, someone's 'word' from their pastor, or Kim Clement. Thanks for the post. We all need a little hope mid-week.
  12. I totally believe this story. I recently opened an account with Wells Fargo here in a Phoenix suburb and when I asked the Personal Banker setting up the account about dinar, he laughed and said it was a scam and he had another client that was investing heavily in it and he tried to discourage him, but the guy kept buying. My husband and I owned several businesses that employed 40 people, but had to close down because of how hard hit we were by the economy. As a result of personal guarantees on business loans that we could no longer meet, our credit rating has taken a considerable hit. When we tried to set up our business account here at Wells, after setting up our personal, we were told 'No'. I was shocked. I mean, yeah - we had some low credit scores, but it wasn't like we were convicted of writing fraudulent checks. My husband said "I'll give you the direct line to the bank president at our previous bank! We had a great relationship and we never bounced a check." They didn't care. And they did the whole 'Branch Manager calling Regional Manager thing''. Still 'No'. I guess they only want 'perfect people' banking there. Whatever. I went to another local bank and I wasn't even questioned. I don't think they pulled my credit score at all. They just set it up with a smile and welcomed me to their bank. If it wasn't for the fact that Wells is EVERYWHERE where I live, and the most convenient banking situation here, I would have pulled my personal account from them as well. I think your Bank Manager probably said that about closing the account, thinking that maybe you buying and selling as a business. Like another site or something. Maybe they've had problems with companies who sell dinar? I was a little discouraged after that whole WF experience, so I don't blame you for being upset, especially after they were so RUDE. At least the people at my bank weren't flat out rude. I totally agree with another post about depositing our money from the dinar revalue in WF and then pulling it out 24-48 later. Like "Oh yeah - I forgot - this is a scam. I'm sure you don't want this money here." LOL I wish I knew for sure what was going on with WF and why they are so adamantly against the dinar as a corporate rule. Because many other posters here that bank at Wells know bankers there who hold dinar. Those stories of their banker friends have never included statements by these bankers saying "I can't let my bosses know because it's against our company policy.", but maybe WF is trying to discourage the whole dinar thing so their employees don't start encouraging other investors? I don't know. I know WF recently purchased this Foreign Exchange, as the one member keeps posting about. But then WHY would they openly DISCOURAGE foreign investments?? The one thing that bothers me about these experiences we have at WF regarding dinar is why would they CARE if we were investing in this 'scam'.? Why would they try to discourage it? Why would they be so negative? If we want to buy dinar or buy lottery tickets or buy raffle tickets from the Boys Scouts - why do they CARE? And why - as a corporate line - keep telling their customers to not buy dinar - if they 'secretly know' that it's going to revalue? None of that makes sense. I just wish some brave Wells Fargo employee would come on here and tell us! In the meantime - we wait.
  13. Sigh... What's the next date we're holding out hope for?
  14. I hope they have conference calls about it because it's a real possibility of happening soon, and not because so many of us keep calling and so they had to have a call about what to tell us yahoo's who won't stop annoying them....
  15. Glad your experience with Wells Fargo regarding the dinar investment was more positive than mine! I really do think it's a matter of the individual people that work there and how their own personal opinion on things colors how they respond to some of this stuff. My guy told me, during the course of setting up my account, that he only does checks still and is leary of ebill transactions, which IS a service WF provides and is how I pay most of my bills. I thought that was kinda odd coming from a guy in his mid-30's. So it doesn't surprise me that he was suspicious or leary of an overseas investment. I just think he's overly cautious to begin with. I'm hoping, hoping, hoping with everyone else this revalues soon! I got 4 boys in private school. Come on RV!
