If they are waiting for Chap 7 then we know the RV wont happen until after Iraq and Kuwait finally agree on everything and Kuwait gives the okay to the UN.... I read that Iraq and Kuwait wont meet again until sometime in late February. Assuming they finalize everything and Kuwait gives the okay to the UN we could see 7 lifted in March.... someone please tell me Im wrong. I would rather it RV now but gee whiz folks I think we may have to look at 6 month blocks at a time for the RV rather than day to day? Im just talking out loud here about chapter 7 if in fact they need that to RV... please if someone knows what they are waiting for besides Kuwait to sign off on Chap 7 please let me know thanks!

Its been about 4 weeks since we last heard from GoFast350Z when he confidently shared his rumor/knowledge that his uncle passed down from the Bush's. I was hoping GoFast, or someone that knows him, or the Bush family has an update. I certainly dont mean to be calling you out... just truly searching for some credible, delicious, scintilating rumor/info to start the weekend off right. I dont want to speak for SLOTH but I believe his comments of losing 100-300 dollars is resulting from his suspicion that Iraq will lop. taking our million dinar to a thousand dinar... then revaluing to 1 to1. just a guess. This scenario creates a loss or break even investment for those who spent $1000 or more dollars on 1 million dinar. This doesnt even consider exchange fees etc. We are all hoping this is not the scenario. blessings to all!
