Ok, I am posting this here because everyone here is looking for a good investment. I have been watching this crypto currency for a bit called dogecoin, Forbes have just written a nice article on it. When I started to watch it, it was $0.002, now it is at $0.0066. I already purchased some and about to purchase more. It is like a little appitizer waiting for the dinars to hit. Also the currency is currently floating, so it might give us an idea on the dinar.
  3. I have been a Dinar holder for 10+ years and it is a sitting game, and I know some people have a lot of faith and a few have little, but I found this Article about the Kuwaiti Dinar revalue back in 1991, it is a older article, but still interesting. The person that I got my Dinars from made a lot of money on Kuwait's dinars and I thought it would be a good reminder what we are waiting for. http://www.gods-kingdom-ministries.net/daily-weblogs/2013/07-2013/ny-times-article-from-1991-reporting-the-revaluation-of-the-kuwaiti-dinar/ NY Times article from 1991 reporting the revaluation of the Kuwaiti dinar Jul 19, 2013 When Iraq invaded Kuwait in August of 1990, the value of the Kuwaiti dinar dropped to about 5 cents. In other words, it took 20 Kuwaiti dinars to buy one dollar. In February of 1991 Iraq was expelled from Kuwait, and a month later, the banks revalued their currency to $3.47, the highest valued currency in the world. When this occurred, the New York Times reported the event on March 25, 1991. http://www.nytimes.com/1991/03/25/world/after-the-war-no-electricity-but-kuwait-reopens-its-banks.html It still has no water and little electricity or food, but Kuwait revived its banking system today, introducing a new currency. Banks reopened for the first time since Iraqi occupation forces shut them down in December. Thousands of people lined up to exchange their old Kuwaiti dinars for crisp new ones and to withdraw a limited amount of money.... All other old dinars can be exchanged for new ones on a one-to-one rate until May 7, when the old dinars become invalid. The new official exchange rate is 3.47 American dollars for one new Kuwaiti dinar. At the same time, the UN put Iraq under trade sanctions, crashing the value of the Iraqi dinar (IQD) from $3.22 to about 4000 to the dollar. Their currency could only be spent in Iraq itself, and people had to carry around wads of 25,000 dinar notes to buy groceries. Then in 2003 coalition forces invaded Iraq and overthrew Saddam Hussein. By 2004 we gave them a new currency without Saddam's picture on it. The value soon doubled and went up to 2000 to the dollar. A few years ago the Central Bank of Iraq managed to stabilize the value at 1166 per dollar. On June 27, 2013 the UN removed Iraq from Chapter VII sanctions, allowing Iraq to regain control of close to $80 Billion in frozen funds that had been sitting in western banks since 1990. This also allowed Iraq to be reinstated on the world's banking network, as soon as they are ready. At the same time many expect to see the IQD revalued at or near its former position.
  4. I hope its true, frank said something about it I see,it is a plus that someone else said something. OR I am Really hoping frank was not the intel auditor.... http://dinarvets.com/forums/index.php?/topic/211514-float-starting-at-20-cents-mid-dec-then-full-rv-jan-2016/
  5. I am glad i live north do Dallas...
  6. Well hot diggity dong.... Why do all the bank stories involve wells fargo? Surely there have to be some bank stories involving other banks.... I think we should have a contest on who can make up the best non-Wells Fargo bank story..
  7. Really, people are calling oki, sometimes I feel that the "guru's" just either want to be popular or their 15 minutes of fame. They bring this upon themselves by telling the masses they have the information they want, and what does that say about the people calling him. This is stupid, I think people just need to sit back and let it happen, it will happen when it happens and quit listening to the "guru's".
  8. Well said, I agree! I bought what I could afford years ago and inherited the rest, my mortgage is still being paid, I didn't dump all my money in this one basket. It is a chance we all took, and I am sure not very many people regret it. If you cannot handle the ups and downs, right and left turns of this roller coaster, then get all your money out of the bank and put it in your mattress, nothing in thIs world is garrenteed. We lose some and we gain some and I still have faith. You take far bigger chances in life everyday, from when you get up in the morning til you goto bed. So hope for the best and plan for the worst, live your life like these are not going to hit, but remember, you may regret buying them, but sometime down they line, you also might regret selling them.....

  11. I came across this about the Kuwait dinar on Wikipedia, I was just curious about the re-Val of kwd and gave me hope on on the Iqd. Not ment to be a rumor or news, just something that raised confidence in our investment. From March 18, 1975 to January 4, 2003 the dinar was pegged to a weighted currency basket. From January 5, 2003 until May 20, 2007, the pegging was switched to 1 U.S. dollar = 0.29963 dinar with margins of ±3.5%.[5] The central rate translates to approximately 1 dinar = 3.33745 dollars. From June 16, 2007, the Kuwaiti dinar was re-pegged to a basket of currencies,[6] and is now worth about US$3.609 (€2.686). It is the world's highest-valued currency unit. But if you notice the basket of currencies, Iqd is on the list. Also, it was on Wikipedia, so take it for what it is... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kuwaiti_dinar
  12. It will happen when it happens, there are a lot of people that say it will happen and a lot that say it will not happen, but reality is, no one knows. These experts and self proclaim experts know nothing. Just don't depend on the dinars to rv, I have seen people make dinars plan "a" when they should not be plan "z". The reality is, these are a investment and TNT tony could not predict the path of poop in a toilet. I said before, sit back and enjoy your life, put them in a safe place and forget about them, go on with your life, and don't depend on these dinars to rv, they will be eventually worth something, they were worth something in the past, and they will be again.
  13. Tony would fit in with Obama and his thieves, I bet him, obamatard and moochelle have a threesome when this is all over with.....
  14. At least we are seeing something different, not the same ole stuff over and over..... With chapter 7 lifted and this, I am getting excited about the new signs we are seeing.....
  15. Btw, I am so thankful for our vets, they sacrifice themselves for our freedom and way of life, too that I say thank you! We have the greatest servicemen and military in the world... God bless you all!
