I have bought all my dinar through them. I have talked to Abraham personally when I've called them and he's seems like a great guy. I trust them with all my purchases from them...never had a problem.

Got this in an email this morning...and it was a great, calming read. I have been getting a little frustrated as of late...It put things back in prospective

I am in Michigan as well and bank at a different bank but I was giving the reason that they cannot sell for speculatory purposes. IMO why do they care why I buy it LOL

Harley and Europe
sunnie3037 replied to Tropics's topic in Opinions, Perspectives, and Your Two Cents on the Iraqi Dinar
My husband has his Harley so I'm finally going to buy my own. I'm tired of being the passenger Heritage (or low Rider) here on come. Come on RV!! LOL -
I thought the same last week and even mentioned something to my husband about it. But I chalked it up to wishful thinking. Now there just needs to be something to it
-
This is just my 2 cents here. As much as I want to have my husband's dream that it RVed come true tomorrow, I am very patient about this. I find it so interesting that all these "Know-it-alls" think they know the who, what, where, and whens of how this culture works are kidding themselves. I taught English, Reading, and American History at an all Arab school for 6 years. The families I taught were mostly from lebanon, but I students from Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Egypt and Kuwait. They are some of nicest people I've come across. They do things differently and at their own pace. That had to be the most frustrating part of working there. I just learned that with my older students when I gave them a deadline for something I would jokingly say "This is an American deadline." When I would set up an appointment with a parent, time was almost irrelevant to the parents who haven't been in the US for a while. The parents and other teachers that have lived here for a while new that when dealing with an American that 1pm meant 1pm not 1 or 2ish. So, I have to really believe that if the regular person in the same culture is like that then so are the politicians. So, I have just decided to sit back, relax and realized that it will just happen when it happens. I truely believe that it will happen in its own time. I am ignoring the so called gurus and paying attention to what they do in Iraqi which is frustrating sometimes. This is my opinion but I can't imagine Iraq will let its currency value stay at its current rate given the value of surrounding countries. The how and when it will change is anyones guess. I do believe it will happen though.

I can verify that. I saw it to.

Here is the copy from one banks page on the FDIC notice. Close Print NOTICE OF CHANGES IN TEMPORARY FDIC INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR TRANSACTION ACCOUNTS All funds in a "noninterest-bearing transaction account" are insured in full by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation from December 31, 2010, through December 31, 2012.
