  1. Hmnnn........................I had the most vivid and clearest dream I ever had to a point that I thought we had an RV (before the first cup of coffee of course) the rate..........1.17 that would make me very happy. Have a great day. Oh and BTW just made a doctors appointment........................they only date they had open was ........................yes you guessed it..................1/17.
  2. Welcome to the forum newbie........stick around you might learn something!!!!!!
  3. Some people don't have a clue and whats really disturbing is that most of them wont take the time to research Ron Paul and what he's all about. Talk about burying your head in the sand!!!!
  4. Since Ford took them over Jags have become world class vehicles once again.....................Ford has done a great job as far as quality is concerned.
  5. Been a GM man since my '64 Impala SS..........what a car.............never considered buying foriegn...........my wife bought a VW a few years back what a piece of junk took it to an old time VW mechanic and he refused to work because it was made in Mexico..........I recently bought my first foriegn car because the deal was to good to pass on..............I was born in England and always had a curiosity about Jaguars..........well now I own an XJ8 and must say it is the finest car I have ever owned.......classic styling, ride, handling, craftmanship and better gas mileage than my old car which had a V6. All the reliabilty crap and repair nightmares may have been true about the ones before FORD took over however the newer ones have very high ratings.
  6. Thanks Bruce sounds believable to me.......................hey I lived in Broken Arrow in the eighties............was member of Indian Springs CC..............love OK some of the best people I've ever met.....................hope your friends intel is right on.................thanks.
  7. Me too after the 11th it's a long term capital gain for my family and I.
  8. To those who believe no explanantion is necessary. To those who don't believe no explanation is possible.
  9. Thanks for shedding some light on these subjects and for your compassion and understanding that so many others lack. I have been in recovery since July 25th 1987 (but who's counting) and have lived the nightmare of alchohol, drug addiction and depression . My PTSD didn't manifest till I was 12 yrs out of Nam and along with my other malady's I ended up homeless and lost everything...... family, career, friends and my self respect to the point of becoming suicidal. I found recovery in AA and am so grateful to the many who have helped me along the way and for the opportunity and privelege to give back that was freely given to me.............and most importantly to my higher power..............I know I wouldn't have recovered without something bigger than me I tried many times to quit by myself but to no avail. There is help and I'm for whatever works, the 12 steps where my salvation and the most effective means to recovery (IMHO) that I've experienced and have helped and seen so many others get their lives back. Through recovery I have been given back everything I lost and I consider it a miracle because we were divorced 7 yrs, I keep telling her she finally realized she couldn't live without me, LOL!!! It's like we have had two marriages, one lived in the darkness and pain of addiction and disease and the other in recovery.......... we are very lucky and so blessed. Anonymity is very important to me and I am glad we have places like this that I can share my experience strength and hope with others without breaking it. If anyone is looking for help just know it's available in a variety of programs..............of which some are free! Thanks again for the important and wonderful work you do.....................the world is a better place because of people like you. BTW I was born in Birmingham and I'm not sure if alcoholism is genetic ....................................seems like it has affected a lot of other "brummies"..............LOL.
  10. Best epitaph ever......................."I told you I was sick!!!"
  11. He can't help himself after all he is the.................LOP COP!!!!!!
  12. When we pullout the bloodbath IMHO begins. My son who is a Green Beret with multiple tours in Iraq has told me that there will never be a "democracy" over there because of the thousands of years of hatred and infighting between the tribes. If no RV before we leave we may never see our dreams come to fruition!!!
  13. Thanks glad you bought this to light...................biggest part of the problem not solution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
