Al-Kazemi said, in a statement, followed by Al-Mutallaa, today, Sunday, that: “The negotiator of the Shiite framework reached a consensus with the Democratic Party on the constitutional mechanism for exporting oil from the region.” And he added, “Dialogues are currently ongoing between the two parties regarding Article 14 of the budget, which consists of 12 paragraphs, 6 of which are agreed upon within the government text, and 6 other paragraphs are being discussed because the region considers them interference in its affairs.” Al-Kadhimi added, "Discussions are underway regarding the management of border crossings between the federal government and the region, and preventing the extraction of oil from the Nineveh and Kirkuk fields by Kurdistan." Too much time is going by with this budget. Now all the blocks are picking it apart. They should have slammed it home fast. Like someone in the US once said.." pass it to find out what's in it" lol

Exactly my first thought. Troops going into Iraq can be for stability purposes. Although with this twisted administration....who knows.

I completely agree Luigi1. Kuwait reinstating was a whole different scenario, and no where near the volume of this. If this goes down while the powers that be are in power, they will steal us blind, through taxes and/or massive bail ins. JMO but I think right now Iraq is lined up with the Bric Nations and putting on the BIG STAHL until time for the QFS to kick in. Something the cabal and deep state are trying to fight.

So sorry if this sounds stupid and uninformed... I guess I've missed the articles that say the RV is in the budget? I realize this is the first 3 year budget. But like all the budgets over the years...This one has the RV in it ? I'd love to think so. Please enlighten this dense old boy, lol.

The walls are closing in on them. They can only jerk around for so much longer.

They have a completely different mentality when it comes to the value of their currency than say Chii nah, or Vietnam. Not to mention how they do business or going international.

IT HAS BEEN SAID.....They have to be done with the entire switch over & Revaluation of currencies by 6/30/23. Fed- Now arrives in July & they want everyone in the QFS by then, so we know it won't go longer. Says here in small print.......

So Yota, say I contract with someone to remodel my home with a balance due of $100,000. 3 months later the balance is due..... BUT the value of USD has now plummeted 25%, in those 3 months. We're saying I can pay them $50,000 now? Am I missing something? The same scenario would apply to a gain in value. I guess you would have to stipulate in the contract " according to VALUE at the time of payment "
