They can't rv/ri at too low a level because a/several wealthy investors could purchase enormous amounts of dinar and basically take control of Iraq. An RV/R I has too be just right according to many variables!

When you enlist in the Military you sign your life and every individual right you have as a civilian over to the Branch, basically Uncle Sam become your parents with legal rights until your enlistment is up. When I was in the Army a friend went to a lake and got severely sunburnt and could not make it to work...the Army prosecuted him (internally), he recieved an article 15. I totally believe the Military Personel could and should trade in dinars for dollars prior to an RV. Regarding the Profiteering comments ,I don't know, but common sense would dictate that anti-profiteering rules or laws must exist or what is to keep the soldier on the ground from simply taking .

Another thing to remember for all the people that have owned their dinars for 1 year or less. If you plan on taking advantage of the" LONG TERM" Capital gains taxes (15%) rather then the (SHORT TERM) which are 35%, then it really isn't as urgent as for those that have had them for longer. I would prefer it happen sooner rather then later but I beleive in the investment period, weather now or later.

I just came off the IMF (click on NEWS) website and it has the new SDR basket rates. Does this mean anything to us?

I don't know if it means anything substantial but I was just on the IMF website ( click on news) and they had the new SDR rates posted! Let me know what if any the significance is. Thank You

Okie; Just figure that the info. you share is only meant for those of us who respect you and have the sense enough to read a book or a post or whatever and filter the info.(everybody should know not to believe everything they read). The internet has created an annonomious meeting place where people that wouldn't normally speak out,do speak out. I'll bet that if you were to meet the negs. you would get a lot of respect .
