All of the charities mentioned are wonderful charities and I have given to some of them over the years. However, I would vote for the SPCA, American Humane Society, or any of a multitude of other that help out animals. (Although I am especially in favor of the cat charities of which there are very many). In these times more and more animals are abandoned and left to just just because people can dump them, treat them cruelly, etc.. Since they are so helpless and in need, I would vote for those charities that help the animals.

I AM talking about uncooked onions. I have some in the fridge right now. I cut them up and save them if I have too much and then cook them up later, even days later. No problem.

Is there a TK for onions? I routinely cut onions and save them in the fridge and use them for cooking the next day or even later with no problems at all. Everything else may be true. I don't know, but I have never had problems cooking leftover onions.
