The phone call was probably because the person at the bank who called me knows me professionally. What do you guys want, my home address and cell phone log? Whatever. Just thought it was interesting. Whew, good thing I didn't put this in news.

You want me to give out my location? No thanks. I've been posting here for months and I get flamed. Sorry, this is my last post. All I did was offer some interesting information and ask if anyone else had gotten similar information. As stated above it's a small bank but sorry ******, figure it out for yourself.

Right well since you just got here, you'd really know that I don't spread lies. If I wanted to make up a lie, I'd be a bit more outrageous than that. I'm probably one of three people where I live who has bought dinar from that bank. It's a regional small town bank in N. Florida which does its business based on relationships and reputation. I know the person who called me but I still think it was a CYA maneuver. Don't believe it, but I don't much appreciate being called a liar by a bunch of total strangers.

Yesterday a friend of mine told me our bank will no longer sell VND. I just got an unsolicited phone call from the same bank telling me that they will no longer be able to sell IQD. Now, I think it's a cover-your-butt thing because they said that they didn't want to be involved in what may be a scam or unsafe investment. I thanked them very much for the call - HMM. Anyone else getting word like this? I'm not saying anything about what it means. It is not "news," but isn't "rumor" either so I put the topic in the rumors section.

I was only halfway making a funny. I do notice that customer service stateside has gone to #&!! lately as has quality. But I'm not making fun of what you're saying.

No, but I have noticed a distinct drop in quality in products that I order from companies that I've ordered from before. I just think things are going to hell in a handbasket in general. I do find it hard to believe that WU is down until Monday.

Over 80% of its debt owed under the Saddam-led government has been written off. But what about their debts to other countries like Saudi Arabia? Paris Club was only a part of their debt.

From what I understand, even though there is a lot of debate about it, our RV money will be taxed as ordinary income. If it RVs high, it will put all of us in the highest tax bracket which is still 35%, but it isn't due til April 15 of 2012.
