My understanding is that it will get dumped back on Iraq by the first. However this is not a reasonable assumption that they will be forced to rv because it can easily be extended, i heard that on the bh call last night

Whenever the GOI is announced and made public the rv countdown begins...10th, 15th, 20th, or next year once their announced the rv meter goes on high!

He said the tenth now its the 20th and thats fine with me as long as its done by the deadline!! I know that if the goi is announced on the 20th I WILL DEFIANTLY NOT BE TAKING ADAMS ADVICE about turning off my computer over the holidays and it not happening this yr!! GO GOI=RV!!

I love the intel. but surely they are going to drag this seating of the gov out until the last second 12-1-10 sounds great but i doubt everything goes that smoothly.....maliki or the iraqi factor will stall this a little longer. I for one am happy every day i dont see a huge set back I am happy with positive progression
