I heard it said a few places that the CBI was trying to put some of the Private Banks and "Money Changers" out of Business. Do you think this is one of them? Maybe that is why the CBI rate and street rate is the same now ? I remember our Fed Reserve put Lehman Brothers and a lot of Banks out of business just last year!
