Great post, you really captured what a lot of us are feeling. Those that are fortunate enough in life to be financially set don't have the same angst that we have when we hear of a rumored rv date that comes and goes. For myself, too, this means everything, it simply HAS to happen. And, I believe it will, hopefully sooner than later. All we can do is remain positive about it and pray for the best. The good news is that it finally seems on track, I've been in this for 7 years and more has happened in the last 2 months than in those previous 7 years combined. Let's pray and keep the faith, good things ARE going to happen.

Who has said about becoming a millionaire overnight? It's been 7 LONG years for me!

It would be helpful if people would not post unsubstantiated claims about an rv having happened. It doesn't help anybody and just makes people leery of posts on these sites.

I've been invested in this thing since April of '04, it's driven me crazy with anticipation. I've read hundreds of articles on the net, listened to thousands of opinions, it seems as if this might be it. I can't wait to see what happens with the UN tomorrow. The problem is the depth of depression I'll feel if this thing doesn't happen soon. I'm tired of the wait and all the false rumors, not to mention how the Iraqi's have dragged their feet time and time again on this thing. I'm a great believer in positive thinking, so let's all stay positive on this thing and maybe the good karma will result in an r/v this week. Go Dinar!

It'll be 7 years in April for me on this thing and I can't take much more! The endless stalls and foot dragging by Iraqi officials has really gotten annoying. I swear, I believe any other country in the civilized world would have had this thing done 2-3 years ago. These people can't seem to do anything in a timely and competent manner. While the world helps and waits, this Kangaroo Court of a government plays games with OUR investment and our hopes. I'm still very positive about the eventual outcome but one thing is for sure, when this happens I will have earned my money through countless hours on these sites and over six years of anxiety and nerves!

How many times has TerryK been wrong before? I suppose if you guess enough times you'll get ti right sooner or later. I used to get my hopes up over posts such as this, but it's always fool's gold. The facts are these, it'll happen when it happens and don't listen to those that claim to have "sources" or boots on the ground. Nonsense.

The people of So. Korea have had experience with a LOP, the govn tried to pull it on them earlier this year. It caused great civil unrest and hyper-inflation. There will be no LOP with Iraq.
