The bottom of some of my 25.000 notes are uneven..- yes it was disturbing to see. Like a upward cut in the middle -- very subtle but noticeable. One note has a black spot on it - like an ink abnormality. Hope they pass de la rue!

He called to tell me that he heard from another place which must remain nameless that the reval is on for Sunday or Monday and the first opportunity to exchange will be Wednesday. We are a part of a group locally that has had several in person conversations with the principal at the other place which must remain nameless. There has been no indication as to the amount. Well it didnt happen.. what does this person say now please?

In order for the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) to commence issuing the new Iraqi dinar currency, the Iraqi Parliament has to pass legislation and the necessary funds in order to print the new Iraqi currency WHERE is this idea coming from?? DeLaRue printed ALL notes back in 2003 and 2004 - this is what we have been told. ALL currency Iraq will need INCLUDING all the lower denoms NOT yet released due to the deval still in place. It would make NO sense to spend money on any NEW currency YET to be printed.. if so.. this whole thing has been a fraud and a farce from the beginning. Ummm Phoenix.. why didnt you check the source to verify before responding.. not good for the rep. There was NO lower Denom shown or being sold on ebay post 2003/2004 printing! This whole thread is a waste due to false reporting.

For there to be a tax on something it must first be taxable income under the revenue laws. this will help too: Has anyone mentioned that a Democratic representative is proposing legislation that will tax currency exchanges at a rate of 0.5%. He was on Fox News a while back talking about it. He complained that currency exchanges are not currently taxable as income or capital gains. He wants to tax all currency exchanges over $600,000.00 in value at the 0.5% rate.
