  2. Marriage is sharing The old man placed an order for one hamburger, French fries and a drink. He unwrapped the plain hamburger and carefully cut it in half, placing one half in front of his wife. He then carefully counted out the French fries, dividing them into two piles and neatly placed one pile in front of his wife. He took a sip of the drink, his wife took a sip and then set the cup down between them. As he began to eat his few bites of hamburger, the people around them were looking over and whispering. Obviously they were thinking, 'That poor old couple - all they can afford is one meal for the two of them.' As the man began to eat his fries a young man came to the table and politely offered to buy another meal for the old couple. The old man said, they were just fine - they were used to sharing everything. People closer to the table noticed the little old lady hadn't eaten a bite. She sat there watching her husband eat and occasionally taking turns sipping the drink.. Again, the young man came over and begged them to let him buy another meal for them. This time the old woman said 'No, thank you, we are used to sharing everything.' Finally, as the old man finished and was wiping his face neatly with the napkin, the young man again came over to the little old lady who had yet to eat a single bite of food and asked 'What is it you are waiting for?' She answered (Continue below - This is great) 'THE TEETH.'

  3. I know I am not always the brightest bulb in the box, but I have one opinion if you don't mind hearing me out. Like some retailers that sell certain items like say like a line of clothing they are sold on consignment, which means if the lot of clothing is not sold then the manufacturer takes them back. In the case of a currency dealer, when they no longer can sell any more for whatever reason, then the Central Bank can take the currency back. The dealer has made his money on selling the Dinar and my not be allowed to keep any for himself as per regulations of the Central Bank. i learned this many years ago after traveling to a foreign country on a vacation and asked this question of a currency dealer. I was told it was a consignment issue. I don't know if the IQD is handled this way, but it is something to comptemplate. Any other takers on this.?

  6. My dear I suspect that financially you wouldn't have an issue with OSI and so I wish to offer you this. There is not much that I'm allowed to talk about with respect to OSI but I can assure you that the feelings you got when you looked into VIP will be little to what you will feel when you join OSI. And there is more after that too. Adam has shown us so many ways to legally protect our wealth and to expand that which we will receive even more. Some of the investment ideas are simply amazing.

  7. A woman asks her husband at breakfast time, "Would you like some bacon and eggs, a slice of toast, and maybe some grapefruit juice and coffee?" He declines. “Thanks for asking, but, I'm not hungry right now. "It's this Viagra," he says. "It's really taken the edge off my appetite." At lunchtime, she asks him if he'd like something. "How about a bowl of soup, homemade muffins, or a cheese sandwich?" He declines. "The Viagra," he says, "really trashes my desire for food." Come dinner time, she asks if he wants anything to eat. "Would you like a juicy rib eye steak and some scrumptious apple pie? Or maybe a rotisserie chicken or tasty stir fry?" He declines again. "No," he says, “it's got to be the Viagra. I'm still not hungry.” "Well,” she says, "Would you mind letting me up? I'm starving.”

And for CNN, they ought to yank them off the air. Every time you turn on the likes of CNN and FOX, they do a rehash of the same thing over and over and sometimes take it into the next day. i swear there must be an inside element deep in side the government giving leaks to the media to cause them to constantly go after Trump. Keep it up Donald.

The remittances are a wire-transfer. They used to have a manual form. In the past if I wanted to send you 1 million dollars...I would have to fill out this form...give it to the CBI...with 24 hour notice...etc. Now...because of IBAN...for the last 6-7 days...the CBI doesn’t have to do things manually anymore. All electronic. We’re just waiting for the NEW RATE. Saddam manipulated the numbers. ...Dr. Shabibi...he said they that wanted to get around $2.80. The rate...if you go back to the 70’s and 80’s it was $2.80. $2.80 was planned by Shabibi and the CBI a long time ago.

  18. 2-16-2017 Intel Guru Delta The CBI and the program rate...what is going on there? January 2017 the CBI...all of the sudden the program rate was taken off. January 2, 2017...when auctions started...the spreadsheet...the program rate 1184...and then January 12, 2017...we watched it...they had an auction...the numbers disappeared. ...the program rate is gone...the spreadsheet...the indicative rate. Why is that significant? Articles from the CBI (long time ago) stated that they couldn’t have 2 rates in the same fiscal year. When the CBI and the GOI decide to come up with a TRUE RATE...that must happen in the beginning of their FISCAL YEAR...That should have been the 1st week in January 2017. It didn’t happen at that time for whatever reason. They agreed not to postpone. The meeting on January 17 to 19th with the IMF...everyone involved...everyone was there...and we believe that that date was a high possibility of them getting the green light to lift the value. 2-16-2017 Intel Guru Delta An article from the IMF...they say that every member nation...when they want to change their rate...the IMF has to know within 30 days of the implementation. These are NOT rumors! This is fact from the IMF website. The 30 days give you 3 windows...the 4th the 12th and the 17-19th...so we believe...this week...for Iraq to show the rate. It’s never happened before for them to remove the indicative rate for that long. Where does the indicative rate come from? This indicative rate comes directly from the IMF...they give that to Iraq... One of the memos that we found talked about the exchange rate. The CBI controls the market price...auctions and cash. The thing that can’t control anymore is the TRUE RATE! ...the CBI...they got the permission...we believe within the last 72 hours. This is NOT rumors! This is a fact from the IMF. 2-16-2017 Intel Guru Delta A lot of you are looking at the UN Operational Exchange Rates. That has nothing to do with Iraq. Iraq doesn’t have to wait until the next UNOP rate date changes. We believe that the budget was passed...and showed up in the Gazette on the 9th. Did you see the budget implemented yet? No. What are they waiting for? The only time you have to amend the budget is if you changed the rate. YOU SHOULD BE VERY EXCITED! The BAS News website ...that showed a rate...the newspaper took down those numbers...Where did those numbers come from? Software. At that time...they were testing the new rate. We continue to watch for the NEW RATE...that could happen ANY DAY...ANY MINUTE. We believe that in our hearts...this is our month... The TRUE RATE should show up on the CBI website any day!

I tell her that it's good that she isn't like me, she give Lady Grace the,"good cop". B/A know that you are now in my daily prayers. Please don't ever give up on your little girl. 24. I wish to add a little trucker clarification here with a dose of Santa's big eyes. This is what happens when you unpeg from the dollar and you haven't spent the last 11yrs preparing for it. This is what happens when you unpeg from the dollar and you're not sitting on top of the world's third largest oil deposits. This is what happens when you don't have the entire world on your side wanting and waiting for you to do something with your currency. This is what happens when YOU'RE NOT IRAQ. Make no mistake about it folks what Iraq is going to do is a plan that was set up a long time ago. One that the whole world is involved in. Why is it that you don't see every nation on earth pushing Egypt to do anything with their currency, or anything else for that matter? All Egypt did with their currency is nothing more than a vain attempt at being a poser. Every nation on earth knows what is going to happen with respect to Iraq and Egypt simply wants to do the same, but the result won't work.

It said THEY CANNOT do it...SITA is our program/computer and SITA will not receive as a form of payment with our existing dinar due to the flux of the dinar. The airlines were TOLD by the CBI and the GOI. This article was a PREMATURE STATEMENT! They cannot end using USD’s until they raise the value of their currency! Their program rate is still in the...SITA system. The only way to stop the problem...is to raise the value.

  37. You're too kind! Now that changes my entire outlook of you. You're a good woman, not enough folks would do that for even a family member. Mine too. And I would like to add this article that my wife emailed me this week from the local news. She wanted to make sure that I read it. I think that you both would like it, and that it shows how much of a need there exist here. WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) - A local advocate says Kansas' human trafficking laws need to better serve victims. Human trafficking is an ongoing issue across the country and in Kansas. The need for help to escape trafficking rose by 24 percent nationwide in 2016. Just four years ago, Governor Sam Brownback signed a stricter human trafficking law. The law placed harsher punishments on so called sex traffickers. "The state is trying to sort of lead the way," Sedgwick County District Attorney, Marc Bennett said. Bennett sees those offenders all too often. He says the increase in the number of arrests and convictions can be contributed to more police training and greater public awareness. That same law also did something else. It's supposed to make sure the people taken out of those horrible situations are treated as victims and not criminals. "We don't want to see individuals locked up as a result of their history of sexual abuse and exploitation." said the director of the Center for Combating Human Trafficking at Wichita State University, Dr. Karen Countryman-Roswurm. Countryman-Roswurm says the problem is that many of the victims often end up arrested and behind bars. Some of those victims are children or adolescents. Data from Sedgwick County shows from 2013 to 2016, 59 girls, all minors, were taken from human trafficking situations and arrested and booked into the Sedgwick County Juvenile Detention Facility, a jail for minors. Data reveals nearly half of these children are already in the Department of Children and Families custody before they were booked into jail. "They have a long history of trauma in their homes and then they have further trauma on the streets," Countryman-Roswurm said. She says spending time in a cell is the last thing they need. Instead, she says the state should be providing access to services that help these children become self-sustainable. Bennett agrees, but says it is not that easy. "Ideal is we have a place that's safe and therapeutic, and we can put them in there and keep them safe. But the reality is that doesn't exist," he said. One place actually does exist and it's the Wichita Children's Home. It's the only other option in the state where judges can house human trafficked youth. It only has four beds for those kids. "At the end of the day the judges have to follow the law and we have to try to do what's right to protect these people from the perils they find on the street," Bennett said. On Thursday, State Attorney General, Derek Schmidt, proposed new legislation to once again strengthen human trafficking laws. The most significant change for the victims is a measure that allows them to erase their past convictions. The state hopes its incentive enough to turn their backs on their captors and a life of despair and slavery. http://www.kake.com/story/34486055/modern-day-slavery-a-look-at-kansas-human-trafficking-laws

  38. easyrider, Yup I must agree and we are not to far away from the "Liberation Of Mosul" IMO. I'm sticking to this and do expect the dominoes will fall right into place because "Security & Stability" will be completed at least for the most part. If you noticed unlike in Eastern Mosul we have not heard of Ground Soldiers taking neighborhoods etc to date however the Iraqi & Coalition Forces are bombing and killing senior ISIS leaders in Western Mosul and their facilities. We are there just do not want to publicize to the News Media & The World only what we want them to know..... The Battle to retake Western Mosul will be swift IMHO.

I prefer they "Kill Them All" for the atrocities they have committed against innocent people and children. If we allow them to live they may decide to rejoin "ISIS" at a later date and kill again....Not good!!

Mosul Raqqa Aleppo IRAQ SYRIA ISIS control June 27 Damascus Baghdad ISIS Has Lost Many of the Key Places It Once Controlled By SARAH ALMUKHTAR, TIM WALLACE and DEREK WATKINS UPDATED July 3, 2016 IRAQSYRIA The Islamic State was able to carve out a sprawling territory across Iraq and Syria through military dominance over 126 key places. But the group’s momentum has slowed over the past year, and it has lost its hold on nearly half of those locations. As the militant group has been squeezed in Iraq and Syria, there are signs that it has been shifting its focus from controlling territory to executing terror attacks in Iraq and abroad. Out of 10 Cities, the Islamic State Remains in Five The group has been forced out of about 56 places where it once had control, including five major cities, since it made rapid advances across the two countries in 2014. But the group’s momentum has shifted. “The caliphate has been crumbling at the edges,” said Columb Strack, a senior analyst at IHS Conflict Monitor, an organization that has been tracking which cities and towns make up the militant group’s territory. Iraqi security forces regained control of Ramadi in January after months of battling Islamic State fighters there. Many homes in the city were destroyed or rigged with explosives during the fighting, and most residents have yet to return. The Syrian government is fighting to remove the Islamic State from parts of Deir al-Zour. If the government succeeds, the militants will lose a crucial connection between their strongholds in Raqqa and Mosul, making it more difficult for them to move quickly to defend territory, Mr. Strack said. The Militants Capture Infrastructure and Resources to Generate Revenue As they seized cities, Islamic State militants also captured valuable resources like oil fields and hydroelectric dams, which have helped them generate income. The group’s oil and gas revenue is down 26 percent since last year but still adds up to about $23 million a month, according to IHS. In January, the Islamic State had its largest weapons windfall when it took control of the Ayyash Arms Depot in Syria, capturing an estimated two million rounds of ammunition, 9,000 grenades and 100 antitank missiles. But the group has not always taken full advantage of military seizures. Despite capturing a number of air bases, there is no evidence that they have flown any planes. With every town and village that is lost, the group also loses income that comes from taxes and fines. After years of conflict, there are no current population figures for these places. But based on preconflict census data and government estimates, the places that the group has contested or controlled once had a combined population of at least 3.7 million people.
