I dont think its right to tell someone to "get out of this investment" if they are tired of reading the BS that floats in here from other sites. Personally I dont buy the "its entertainment" excuse. I'm hoping by end of 2013 we'll see a managed float from $0.10 up to around $1.17 like Iraq showed in studies they could support and wanted to. No redenominating or replacing of currency, just adding lower denom notes of the same currency as exchanges occur with old dinar and dollars for new lower notes. We can only hope...

The reason we post their stuff is so that we can BREAK IT DOWN to see if there's one ounce of truth to it! Please remember that members float from site to site so imagine a newbie reading their stuff and falling for it word for word even more than they already do and never having a chance to read a post from dinar veterans like we have here at DV showing that there is NO truth in what they say. That is one thing that makes DV different from most all the other dinar sites, we don't make up BS, we break THEIR BS down. The solution is to go to a higher rate • People haven’t been paid yet in Iraq, and they have been promise a higher wage • Delta had another note that in his opinion (and in Frank’s opinion), even if the RV comes out at the “sucker bet” of anything LOWER than 1:1, the value will exponentially explode – it will go up in value higher easier and faster after the confidence is put back into the IQD via the citizens using it and NOT the USD. • Iraq wants to back up their RV 100%, they want to back it up themselves and not rely on anyone else, they said this last year. • Where did the DFI funds go?? $70 billion in reserve (equal to 70 trillion IQD, in addition to oil, gold, water, etc) we showed you it doubled the M2 figures. • Every country in the world would give anything for the resources Iraq has; the citizens are clamoring for relief from the US$ • The citizens want to try Maliki for crimes against the people (the economic situation is one of them), and this weekend, it came out that Maliki “is ill and in the hospital) Third time he uses this lie so as to hide behind a nurse's skirt fron the citizens. Citizens HATE to use coins! 1 to 1 is easier than explaining .17 cents to them. • In Frank’s lifetime, there have only been 5 instances of a country revaluing their currency, and each time, it started at 1000:1; this is real intel • We will then see the RV – ReValuation which is for us investors of the IQD outside of Iraq– at a higher rate God willing with time. I don't care if the RV 12 times after the start, once a month for a year lol. • Have we seen Maliki in these GOI/CBI articles? No; he’s out of sight; he’s pretending to be involved with the RV procedure, but he’s not; He tried to steal S's CBI powers last year and failed , Dr Shabibi will probably come back just for a “victory lap” and probably then go off to a job with the WB. • All of the articles from over the weekend were very good; they were not old, recycled articles, each one was new info and intel – again, there is a great urgency to do something about the value of the IQD to the dollar and currency reserves are not the ONLY thing they use to back up the IQD. We will find this report. • There is a statement from the GOI that worker’s wages are going to increase, so urgency again – this is a way of keeping peace • China bought about 10% - 30% of WF and other American banks; they were given the permission to buy last year, but they could not push the button until this year; the RUMOR is that some powerful families in China are making moves with American banks; China is doing something now; large amounts of currency are moving around many world banks. What are they doing? TQueezy, I think you may be not understanding Shabibi's intentions. He has stated several times that Iraq will have the strongest currency in the middle east. The removal of the zeros that people talk about, I believe is the removal of the 3 zero notes from circulation. To do that, you need a much higher exchange rate. Some years ago on a hot summer's day in south Florida, a young little boy 8 years old decided to go for a swim in the old swimming hole behind his house. He had taken swimming lessons for two summers and considered to be an excellent swimmer. In a hurry to dive into the cool water to ward off the hot summer's heat, he ran out the back door, taking off his shoes and socks as he headed for the water. He had been swimming there hundreds of times and it was a nice place to swim. Mom could see him from her kitchen window as he played. He flew into the water like always without looking around the water to see if there were any dangers. There had never been any dangers to question safety except for this time. As he swim toward the middle of the small pond an alligator was swimming toward the shore. Also there had never been any alligators in this area either in the past. But this one time, there he was all 8 foot of him and he noticed the splashing of the water as Tommy swam. The two were about to cross paths. Tommy's mother happen to be looking out the window and ran out the door screaming at Tommy to turn around and get back to the dock. Tommy looked up and seen the gator and starting swimming toward his mom with all his might with the gator closing fast. Tommy had just about reached the dock and his mother reaching out as far as she could had one eye on the gator and one on her son. When she was able to grab old of his arms to pull him up the gator grabbed hold of little Tommy's legs creating a tug of war between the two. The gator was much stronger than the mother but the mother was to passionate to dare let go with out a fight. A neighbor happened by and heard all the yelling and screaming and came running to the dock to help. He grabbed his gun on the way out of his truck and took aim and shot the gator behind the head so as not to harm Tommy. Remarkably after weeks and weeks in the hospital the little boy survived. His legs were extremely scarred by the vicious attack of the animal and on his arms were deep scratches and bruises where his mother's fingernails dug into his flesh in her effort to hang on to the son she loved. The local newspaper reporter who came to interview the boy about the attack, asked if he would show him his scars. Tommy smiled real big and said yes. He lifted his pajama pants legs to show the bad looking scars from the teeth of the gator. Then he said but let me show you my arms, I have great scars on my arms too because my mother wouldn't let go. These scars on my arm show me that my mom loved me so much that it will last a lifetime. You and I can identify with that little boy. We get scars not from an alligator or anything quite so dramatic but from painful pasts. Some of the scar's are unsightly and have caused us deep regret but some wounds are because God has refused to let go in tugs of war with Satan. The scriptures teaches that God loves you and you are his child. He will fight for you if you cry out to him. He takes no interest in seeing his creation being hurt by something he can stop. Thank for the post Al Bundy. With a deteriorating rate, one would have to wonder that the supply obviously outweighs the demand. While that observation may be obvious, how does one go about maintaining or increasing the demand? If a seller does not prefer dinars, or prefers dollars over dinars, that will likely hurt demand as customers may likely prefer to use dollars over dinars for use of payments. As the trend continues, you see a ripple effect continue as more sellers do not prefer dinars, therefore less customers prefer to use dinars for making purchases. Many factors may play a role in the demand for a currency. Obviously where it is accepted plays a large role. (Look at the dollar, it is nearly accepted everywhere & the global demand for the dollar is high). Stability plays a role as well (Why hold something that is losing value if you can use a different form of currency to prevent loss of wealth). You could chop off the zeros, but in my opinion it is more of a status quo and the Psych of the minds of those that use the currency would continue their own status quo. Which would simply lead to people requesting 1.3 dinars for every $1. I think the official rate needs to be increased... The people who use IQD need to see a trend that their dinars are slowly buying more and more. The appreciation does not need to be so high of a % as it causes hoarding of their cash (That is obviously not a good thing). But, what the currency should represent is their growing economy. I think this would look good for foreign investors too. It gives them more data to show that making any investments into the country could provide some reasonable results. Obviously if their own currency is appreciating, any revenues made by doing business could only improve as well.

IQD value rapidly deteriorates Tuesday, 14 May 2013 20:53 Baghdad (AIN) -The price of the US dollar in the local markets reached 1,300 Iraqi dinars, compared to 1220 dinars in mid-March and represents a significant reduction of the Iraqi dinar’s value since the two last years. It is known that the official price of the USD until this day, according to the Central Bank of Iraq is IQD 1166 and that means that the value of the Iraqi dinar has reduced more than 11%. According to representatives of All Iraq News Agency (AIN), this decline has led to increasing prices for a lot of goods in local markets and especially the imported ones. The central bank has promised to take measures to stabilize the value of the dinar as it was in the past, but the degradation rate of the dinar continued for up to 1,300 dinars per dollar. Employees and retirees who receive their salaries in dinars complain from inflammation of prices since their salaries are no longer sufficient to meet their needs and that the rise in prices has included real estate and rentals, as well as transportation, food and clothing. Many believe that the growing demand to buy the dollar from local markets has led to this significant decline in the price of the dinar. This is attributed to smuggling the USD sold daily by the Central Bank of Iraq to Syria and Iran, which face financial sanctions and their growing need to hard currency. PERFECT STORM! Let's take a deep breath and looks at what's going on in Iraq right now. First off, the citizens of Iraq are pissed about the exchange rate (spread) the money changers get for swapping Dinar for Dollars. The current problem exemplifies the down side of dollarization (instability of currency exchange). If this trend continues the GOI may be forced to execute its 'dedollarization' plan. What we make be witnessing is a 'perfect RV storm' whipped up by our unstable USD. Arguably there has never been a more appropriate time for Iraq to follow the IMF's dedollarization formula which would demand 'increased' acceptance/usability of the 'local currency'. The GOI has already announced its plan to "delete the zeros" while simultaneously introducing new 'user friendly' lower denoms. So, working backwards off the facts - 'if' the GOI does decide to 'dedollarize' it's economy, it must correspondingly increase the acceptance/usability of the Dinar. Right now we are seeing the down side of Dollarization and if the situation worsens, the scenario can only be good for Dinarians because based on the facts and the IMF template, a more user friendly IQD with deleted zeros isn't possible without increasing the value of the local currency. As a famous person once said, "It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when". Keep your chins up Dinarians and prepare for the Perfect Storm!
